This was a very relaxing stay for my teenage son and myself. The staff was more than helpful, and willing to made our stay enjoyable. The room we had was newly remodeled, and very clean. The waterpark was very clean, with lifeguards visible at all times. They tested the chlorine levels were tested in all the pools at regular intervals. Waterslides were being inspected on our first night, but were open on the second night. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay.
The water park is a great size to keep track of everyone at once. Our kids had a blast and can't wait to return.
This hotel was very understaffed. When we arrived they had no towels for the water park and the breakfast the next day took us nearly two hours from start to finish. I think they only had 2-3 people working. It took 20 min to get our coffee. Once the food arrived it was very good. My kids commented that the pancakes were the best they'd ever had.
Clean and the kids loved the water slides and play area. We ate breakfast in the restaurant and it was great and reasonable priced! Great job!
The waterpark is nice, but small. Easy for a group to "take over". Also some mechanical problems during our stay. It worked well for us but would not suggest it as a destination on it's own.

We offer a well rounded continental breakfast Monday through Friday which includes, Amana bread, assorted pastries, whole fruit, yogurt, cereal, coffee, tea, milk, apple/cranberry/orange juice, peanut butter and homemade jelly spread. We will soon be adding a waffle bar as well as bagels and cream cheese. Slide and waterpark hours vary seasonally. Currently the slides are not open Monday - Thursday. They are open Friday evening, and all day Saturday and Sunday. Updated waterpark and slide hours can be found on our website at www.ramadawasserbahn.com or by calling our property directly. We hope that you will give us another try as we are continuously improving our amenities and services we can offer our guest.
