We were priviledged to take both the Grand Teton tour as well as the Yellowstone tour with Cal...We had been to Yellowstone some years before and drove ourselves...Wow! what we missed being on our own was amazing!!! Cal was an amazing guide...we could not have asked for a better experience...Highly recommend both tours!!!

Cal of Callowishus is a most experienced tour guide. He conveyed history, geography and local lore in a most entertaining way! He included little quizzes (with prizes) to keep us involved. We were in a nine passenger van that was very comfortable and equipped with a good sound system, so we could hear well even in the very back. Cal not only knew all of the above cagtegories, he knew where to be when for the best photo opportunities. The pace was mainly leisurely, so we had ample time at varous stops. Naturally, given the beautfy of a gorgeous Fall day in Yellowstone, we all would have stopped even more, but, as it was, we had a very full, nearly 12 hour day and could not have asked for anything more! Actually, we even did get more, as we were celebrating our anniversary, and when Cal knew this, he gave us an autographed copy of one of his engaging novels. This tour is highly recommended!

Two couples and some took Callowishus Tour of Yellowstone National Park in Sept. of 2011 and it was Awesome! Cal did our tour and he is very informative and funny and all the things you would want in a tourguide and a tour. We saw awesome sights, heard the best stories and were extrememly pleased we booked with Callowishus! Their prices were much better than other ones we inquired about also.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the tour, it was complete in all regards.

Took a full day tour to Yellowstone with Cal who made that day for us so special we will remember it forever! He was extreemly knowlegable, funny, full of great stories and a lovely person who made us fall in love with Yellowstone !I cannot remember having such a great tour and it was just the best day of our entire trip.Thank you Cal!

My family and I were on the back end of our first ever vacation to the Jackson area. We toured the Grand Tetons on our own earlier in the week and thought we did a fairly good job navigating the sights.My wife suggested we schedule a guided tour of Yellowstone due to the expanse of the park and also my ability to watch something other than the road. I nearly choked on my coffee when she told me we would be in a vehicle for eleven hours. Despite mine and my children's (13, 11, and 9-years old) grumblings, she booked the tour. Am I ever glad she did.Our guide, Cal, was a wealth of knowledge! I'm not sure there's a plant, animal, land formation, body of water, or historical Yellowstone figure he doesn't know about. He provides visual aids as you wind your way through Yellowstone, stopping at all the best possible spots for photo ops. I mean the man really keeps you moving! He imparts his knowledge onto the group in an entertaining way that even captures the imagination of kids that aren't easily impressed with such things as...history. We didn't want the day to end!With a maximum of 9-10 passengers, the quaint setting allows a personal interaction with Cal. He gets to know you and you get to know him. I would recommend you brush up on a bit of Yellowstone history and you might be the recipient of prizes!Thanks so much! I recently took a tour of Yellowstone National Park and The Grand Tetons with this company and could not be more pleased. The guides were top notch in every aspect of what a perfect guide/host should be. Extremely knowledgeable and informative about the history and geography of the land. The guides had general enthusiasm and were very entertaining with their own personal stories on what they saw on other tours that they had given.They were very courteous and cared about the welfare of the customers. Also enjoyed the fact that they are a small touring company and gave very personalized service.The guides made the trip fun and entertaining while giving their customers first hand experiences with the lay of the land. I would take the same tours over again with this company.
