Went on the 4th of July. It was free and that was very much appreciated. The woman who lives there on the 2nd floor is also the tour guide. Never heard of such an arrangement, but it apparently works. She seemed used to talking to school groups, so her presentation was basic, but interesting. She took us back in time to the politics and geography of the area. I found it fascinating. The part of the house you can tour can be done in less than 10 minutes.
