Very nice Winery. Great Wines. They a Wine Club and they ship to to alot of States. They have Music in the warmer times and a picnic area. Plus they have special areas for group activities. You can order picnic baskets.

We were there after dark on a cold night, so I cannnot speak to the view from the location or the outside accommodations. I will say that the enclosed deck space was very comfortable and had a great ambiance. Inside I was very impressed with the organization of the operation. Knowledgable employees spent plenty of time telling customers about the wine. The tasting bar was set for 8 who were taken through the tasting at the same time and when they were finished 8 more could file on. There was also an option to buy a picnic tasting and take it to your table which was nice although there was a big backup yo be able to purchase these when I was there which could have been avoided by dedicating a little more space to this aspect of tasting, or by locating this type of tasting closer to where the wines were stored.

This is a little off the road, but the views are well worth it. We went in February, unfortunately it was during a period of unusual cold. We tasted red wines which were very good, we plan to return in the summer with a picnic and take the tour. There are many picnic tables on the grounds and they sell wine samples in small glasses to take outside. Lovely and reminiscent of some of the Santa Barbara CA vineyards we enjoy.

It was a bit disappointing that almost none the wines are grown locally but are sourced from other areas outside TN. Only two or three had some of the grapes grown there included in the blend. My husband and I did the 4 wine tasting, each choosing 4 different wines so that we could share and drive. Our guide wasn't very knowledgeable and appeared to be there to be seen. We did enjoy the syrah, reisling, and the Russell Reserve, so we took away bottles of those. The chardonnay was not quite buttery enough for our palates. Unfortunately, the reserve Chardonnay was only available for wine club members so we didn't taste it. Maybe great to visit when they are having live music and have a picnic. It is listed as the #1 attraction in Arrington, probably because there are no others.

Too bad we picked February to visit because I can imagine how fabulous this place is in the spring and summer. We chose the 8 wine tasting and were not disappointed.Their Syrah was our favorite and we bought a bottle to picnic with later that day. Also enjoyed the blackberry and raspberry wines. I considered buying a blackberry and fortifying it with some brandy as a port, but suitcase space wasn't available, even for 375 ml bottle. Sad.

We stopped by this vineyard on our way into Nashville. It was breathtakingly beautiful! The servers were so infomative and they made us feel relaxed and un-rushed.We will stop in again!

This is the spot to picknick. Love sitting outdoors. You can taste the wine and then buy some to take outside. Really nice picknick grounds, kept nice and clean. The wine is good too. The only thing is that there is a certain wines you can not buy, unless you sign your soul away to a contract of i don't know how many bottles by membership, very Costco. We want to buy bubbles or any sparkling not bring my own! Just up charge if people want to buy one or 2 bottles.

The Hubs and I decided to take a weekend and get away to Nashville. My TripAdvisor search lead me to Arrington Vineyards. We arrived at about noon and didn't have to wait. There were people out on the deck having wine and snacks, a beautiful outdoor fireplace and good music. Once in the sampling area we were advised to pick our sample package. We choose the one with ounce pours of 8 different wines. At the suggestion of our bartender, we choose 8 different wines so we could sample 16 of the 19 wines Arrington offers. The Russell Reserve 2012 is aged in Jack Daniels barrels and it is money!!!! I loved all of the dessert wines. All of the Reds and most of the Whites, were really good. It was one of the best tastings I gone to. I am already arranging a couples trip with some friends. The vineyard partners with a catering company for really good picnic food. I'm thinking.....sunset, wine, cheese, chocolates, spiced nuts and romantic music. Yep, doing it all at Arrington Vineyard. It's my new fav place.

They will give you four samples of any wine on their list as well as some pallet cleansing crackers with the picnic option. The wine was all so delicious and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. There were plenty of picnic tables to sit at. I imagine it's a much prettier scene in the summer but it was still great. We wound up buying two bottles before we left. Highly recommend!

This is a really neat place. You can go in and for a nominal fee get samples of the wines of your choice. Then you can go listen to some live jazz music while you are trying your wine. You can also pack a picnic lunch and enjoy food and wine with the jazz music in the background. The wine is very good and this is a unique little vineyard to go and visit. Worth the drive from Nashville!

We visited Arrington Vineyards as a group of 12. They don't take reservations for wine tasting, so we were taking a chance at getting in on a beautiful Saturday in June. Something I didn't know before making the trip was that they can only do groups of 5 or 6 at a time for wine tastings. So we'd have to wait an hour to do the tastings, and then do them as two or three separate groups. No thanks! So instead, we bought a couple bottles of wine, grabbed a picnic table, and enjoyed the scenery. This was a great alternative and we had a lot of fun! Would definitely go back, but as a smaller group in order to do the tastings.

I live near there and we go to AV often... we will even meet there for"happy hour" some evenings. Wines are good, the service is very good. the setting is great! They always try to accommodate the visitors... if it is cold... heaters get lit and curtains go on the patio... if it is a great summer day, they are ready with plenty of parking, shuttle carts and lots of lawn tables.

This by far was my worst ever winery experience.. beautiful scenery..however the worst wine EVER and for customer service even worse. I would suggest that they take time to better service their customers and make a better quality wine... being owned by a famous person should not be the only reason people talk about the experience... I am sorry to say I would not recommend this winery to anyone..

The winery is Arrington! It's a short ride from midtown Nashville and worth the trip. You can only spend so much time downtown anyway. This is a winery that Kix Brooks is a partner in, and you're very liking to see him there mingling and pouring a tasting. This is award winning wine and something for Arrington to be proud of. The tasting is fun and it's a nice experience to learn abut the wine differences. But the home is buying a coule of bottles and sitting on the patio with some food yu brought in to picnic with. In the summer the lawn is alive with picnickers like it was a park. Beautiful settings, great wine and friendly people. Can't miss to bring a lunch here and visit with your friends.

We just had our second visit here. Our first visit was in 2010 and we did the wine tasting... they have some excellent wines at surprisingly great prices! This visit we decided to buy bottles of wine upon arrival and enjoy them while chatting by the fireplace. We loved the Petite Noir - great with a variety of cheeses! The setting of the winery just outside of Franklin, TN is truly beautiful. While worth the visit if you are in the Nashville area! It was a great setting to relax and enjoy chatting with my children that we hadn't seen in a year.
