southeast pack trips

We did a full day trail ride with owner Larry McMillan, which turned out to be one of the best adventures our family has done together. Larry selected horses appropriate to the varied skill levels of our riders, and then lead us on a great tour of the beautiful Big South Fork area. It was not a nose to tail walk--we went up and down hills, crossed streams, and had plenty of opportunities to let the horses run, which they were happy to do. The horses are well trained and well mannered. And Larry is a wonderful host. He is so knowledgeable about horse nature and human nature, and works hard all day to keep everyone happy and having fun. My only regret is that we didn't do this sooner, and we'll definitely be back!

Great horses, fabulous trails, the most beautiful scenery ever! Owner, Larry McMillan was very accommodating and a fantastic guide. We could not have asked for anything better - exceeded our expectations!
