Great little shop, parking can be a challenge at times. Their coffee drinks are the best! So much more flavorful than the other chain coffee shops.

Where to start? Jason Grey, owner and proprietor, has been offering freshly roasted and brewed coffee and espresso for over 10 years. He moved to his present location on Wilcox about four years ago, after closing the original location on Perry St. after being unable to come to terms with his landlord over a lease. He was at the Perry St. location for over 10 years. As noed, Jason roasts his own beans locally. At the old site the roaster was in a glass walled room so if you got there very early you could view the roasting process. Jason added the Crowbar after opening at his new location on Wilcox. There he has 5 taps, soon to be expanded to 9, offering some of the finest craft beers available. DO NOT go there expecting to find Budweiser of Coors. The selection changes regularly so there is always some new microbrew or craft beer to discover. they offer a limited menu of snacks (try the hummus) and daily soups (green chile, YUM!). Fridays and Saturdays there are local and area musicians and groups playing. Hours are 5:30 AM to 7PM M-TH, open until 9PM Fri-Sat, 7AM-2PM Sunday. Stop in and say hello to Jason, Christine, Crystal, et al. You'll want to come back.

This place is cool! The best coffee I have had. They roast their own beans, so it is really fresh. They also have alcohol, so if you want a lattee, and your friend wants a bloody mary, that can happen. Their beer selection is impressive, featuring unique micro-brews from Colorado, and beyond. If you are in Castle Rock, and don't stop here, you are missing out!!
