Though the price isn't bad, it's clear they aren't putting any money back into maintaining the place. Many of the holes had horribly worn spots, the water features didn't have water and there weeds growing in the landscaping that could have been easily pulled. The office area is quite nice, it's amazing they don't keep the course up better. The one nice thing is they charge less if you wish to go on and play the second course. If it was nicer we would have definitely taken advantage.
