This was our last stop of 4 breweries in the area. It is a good staple last stop. While it was quite crowded we still got a spot in the bar scene. We each had a flight of beers. You won't be disappointed by the Sawtooth Ale or the St Vrain Tripel. A perfect stop to our day!

Beer was delicious and staff was really friendly. We lucked out and got a nice warm winter day, so we were able to sit on the patio. The brewery was beautiful, if I lived close this would definitely be a hangout for me.

It is weird that the Left Hand Brewing Company is listed in two places on Trip Advisor (Attraction and Restaurant) as it is only a place I would recommend for their fabulous beer and selection. The brewery is a little bit hard to find the first time you go there and try to avoid traffic by not going when the nearby school is letting out. But if you are a Beer Conneussier and are ticking off breweries around the world, this is a must visit! Great beer, great selection (with seasonal selections, Safety Rounds, and Taster Flights) friendly, knowledgeable staff, and it feels like a place the locals enjoy too. You almost feel like the staff is going to say "Norm" when you arrive! You will be carded no matter how old you look, so just get over it, and you might want to arrange for a designated driver, because you get tasting, it's hard to stop! We didn't know about the possibility of a tour until reading reviews on Trip Advisor after our visit, so perhaps that is something to ask for and include on your visit. There's a small gift shop too with some pretty clever Left Hand paraphenalia. As I said, when in Longmont, CO, this is a "Must Do!"

Top 5 brew tours I've had the honor of being a part of. Enjoyed a beer on the tour and experience the Left Hand experience. Highly recommend this phenomenal establishment.

Tony was our tour guide and he was great! One of the better brewery tours as he supplied a lot of history regarding the founders and the location. Fun tour and the beer is amazing!

http://lefthandbrewing.com/Longmont's Left Hand Brewery is tucked away in a quiet little corner in Longmont. The building is a bit hard to spot at first, but once inside you will feel like coming home. The interior is inviting with a nice large bar, a small gift shop with fun items to take home and tables to stand at if you prefer. The bar offers a plethora of drinks and sampling is available.Outside - weather permitting - there is another nice seating area, offering a quiet little spot to hang out with friends while enjoying a good glass of beer.Opening hours:Sunday 12:00pm – 8:00pmMonday 12:00pm – 9:00pmTuesday 12:00pm – 9:00pmWednesday 12:00pm – 9:00pmThursday 12:00pm – 9:00pmFriday 12:00pm – 9:00pmSaturday 12:00pm – 9:00pmBrewery Tours are available - http://lefthandbrewing.com/brewery/brewery-tour/

We visited and took a tour the day after Thanksgiving. Tyler was a knowledgable and personable guide, and answered all questions with a smile. The beer was tasty too! I can recommend the pilsner and ale personally.

While visiting my son in Denver we decided to stop out for a tour - we're no strangers to Left Hand's amazing Milk Stout. Enjoyed our tour with a very knowledgeable tour guide who not only knew his stuff but had the people skills to match. Everyone else in the tasting room was equally knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks for the tour, tasting and good brews!

We were in the neighborhood and had limited time, but had to stop by for a cold one on a recent weekday afternoon. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and more than willing to show off their recent medals from the Great American Beer Festival. We passed up the opportunity for the tour but will come back another day. The tap room is comfortable but compact. There is a nice patio outside for nicer days, and a larger back room for groups. Oh, and the beer was fresh and tasty too!!

We recently had a company party at Left Hand Brewing Company and although I don't drink beer, the root beer was very good! The service was quick and the employees were extremely friendly.

Yes, I am somewhat of a beer geek but also just know what I like when it comes to drinking beer.Left Hand has been an old favorite of mine since they opened, way back in the day. I still love their beer and tend to compare others to the quality, taste and selection they offer. I can say, that unlike some other breweries, I can drink anything Left Hand has on tap and enjoy it. My personal favorite on a nice Summer Sunday afternoon is still a Sawtooth Nitro, just saying.Anyhow, if you're passing through town, don't miss it. Great folks, great beer and a friendly laid back atmosphere. Drink more beer!!

They have a great variety of beer to sample. We loved the atmosphere and everyone seemed genuinely friendly. It's a must see if you're doing the Beer Triangle.

Just returned from a visit to the Left Hand Brewery Tasting Room and thoroughly enjoyed it. Had a Mountain Flight sampler before taking a tour with Eric, a really great guide. Very informative and casual tour, which ended up being private on a weekday afternoon. This microbrewery is innovative and eco-sensitive, and the beer was terrific - my travel partner really enjoyed Wakeup Dead Imperial Stout Nitro and the Milk Stout Nitro. Highly recommend.

Been here quite a few times and I am never disappointed. They have some of the best brew in the front range. The Milk Stout was the first one around that used Nitro, as far as I know and this company has been around for a good time to. True trendsetters. It shows too. Hard pressed to find a beer I don't enjoy. The atmosphere here is a lot of fun. The staff, almost every time I was here, tries to get all the patrons involved in discussions together. If you like good people and GREAT beers, don't miss this place.
