I love Denver Botanical Gardens. It is a great place to go with family and friends, because it is the perfect size, there is a spot for everyone to enjoy, and they keep a nostalgic feel that some botanical gardens can not do.

They have a handful of greenhouses to look at, the outdoor garden is still beautiful with many water features and benches. I'd like to come back in each season. If I lived in Denver I would sign up for the membership pass. The big tropical greenhouse is so cool to look at, but be ready for the warmth and humidity! We had an employee talk to us about a few various plants. We learned that most of the food produced at the gardens is donated. Will go back for sure!

This is one of the nicest botanic gardens in the US. I would recommend giving yourself more than an hour to tour this garden. Nice relaxing time great water features. Relaxing.

We went to the gardens in early March. The Japanese gardens were covered with snow which really added to the beauty. There is a large indoor tropical garden that was very well done. We are looking foreword to coming back when in the spring when everything is in bloom.

We were here about a year ago for an outdoor Pat Methaney venue and the beauty of the setting , along with the stage and Pats amazing music was the perfect c ombination. I would recommend any musical event in the garden stage.

My family and I went to DBG to see the Chihuly Exhibit and we absolutely loved it. This exhibit is in a lot of cities with various glass designs. Chihuly is a glass sculpturist who makes nature glass sculpture that adds to any botanical garden. It's really amazing and a must see!

This could be an entire day. It is a world class botanical garden, and also has a permanent piece of artwork by Dale chihuly, a wonderful glass artist.

Went here in February 2015 with an out of state friend. Walked through their indoor pavilions and had a very good time viewing the flowers and vegetation. One whole section devoted to orchids which for me gave lots of photo opportunities.Definitely worth a visit each season of the year.Looking forward to spring here and seeing the flowers in bloom outdoors.Nice gift shop on the way out but very over priced although some unique items.

I've been living in the South Denver area for over 25 years and only recently went to check out the Botanical Gardens (when the Chihuly exhibit was running). It was AMAZING - not just Chihuly but the grounds themselves. Just beautiful and I was kicking myself the entire time that I had not utilized this treasure in Denver for yearly Christmas photos and kid portraits. Those majestic flowers all around and the manicured gardens - what a perfect backdrop for family photos!I enjoyed my trip there so much, I bought a membership immediately as I plan to be walking these grounds much more often to stop and smell ALL of the flowers, but especially the roses along the way.

We experienced the garden in Febuary to see the orchid display. It was wonderful and worth the effort. We are looking forward to visiting it again in warmer weather.

Really enjoyed the Chihuly exhibit. It was magical especially during the day. Only go when they have special exhibits as the gardens are ok nothing spectacular.

Wonderful gardens, great venue for a concert, parking nearby. Great value for the cost of admission.

I actually used to work there taking surveys for a magazine many years ago, and truly loved going to work every day for two weeks because it was so amazingly gorgeous! My job was to ask people what they liked or disliked (which I can't imagine) about the gardens. The surveys were always favorable. I haven't been back for such a long time, that the next time I go to Denver I will try to go again to see what has been added to the already wonderfully exquisite Gardens. My Best,Jo Jamison

Fantasic botanic gardens in the heart of Denver. Wish the weather was better so we could have actually seen Cheeson Park, which is adjacent to the Gardens in an historic neighborhood.
