I found this deal on Groupon and my boyfriend had mentioned that he had always wanted to try to drive a race car, so it seemed like the perfect opportunity! After a short class, they headed to the field to start their driving experience. He loved it! The people were great, the atmosphere was friendly, and he loved the driving. I would recommend the video package and extra 5 laps...they go by fast!!!

The stands are in terrible condition. No railings to hold on to to get to the upper levels. Private box was great.

I found a good deal on this package on LivingSocial, so I thought "why not?" My friend and I each bought a package and toured down to Buffalo. When we got there, they tried to up-sell us on all of their packages (ride-along with a pro, video recording, etc.) which we both opted to only buy the insurance ($60 for a max $1000 deductible, as opposed to $15000) and an extra 5 laps tacked on to our 10 ($50).The pre-race in-class instruction was entertaining enough to remain engaging, but a few of the ideas they talk about seem a little strange...until you get in the car and realize what they're talking about. At the end of the day, everything that was said in that lesson was 100% accurate.The driving itself was nothing short of exhilarating. I knew these cars produced a lot of torque, but I didn't realize just how quick 500hp can get you moving. There is an instructor spotting the 4 drivers on the track, encouraging and coaching everyone to go as fast as they feel comfortable, and also directing traffic to make sure no one hits the wall. If you keep the proper line, and listen to everything the spotter tells you to do, you WILL hit that rev-limiter; I saw it happen, I wasn't following my instructions well enough to do so.At the end of our 10 laps, the other two cars on the track went in to the pits, and it was just my friend and I on the track. Those extra 5 laps that we bought were well worth it.I did not see if a package like this exists, but if they really wanted my money, I would love to do the 10-lap video taped package, then review my own performance, then head back out for another 10 laps to try to improve on my performance and hit my max speed.This racing experience was easily worth the money I paid for it. My next trip will be on a larger track.
