Bedell is a wonderful winery and has a beautiful location. They have good reds and whites and the staff is helpful. The indoor location is small but hey have a huge outdoor deck which isn't heated and can get very cold. I would avoid this place on a weekend because chances are you will be standing outside.

The wines here at Bedell are excellent, the tasting room and grounds are well maintained and gorgeous. Many weddings happen here. We got lunch at the North Fork Inn Lunch truck and enjoyed lunch and a Bedell Rose at their picnic tables facing the vineyards. Joined the wine club and received 25% off my purchase that day and our tastings were complimentary!! If there is not a wedding you can bring your own lunch and enjoy it on the veranda overlooking the vineyards. The staff is knowledgeable and attentive.

It was June 21, the longest day of the year, the weather was perfect and the setting was magnificent. Our guests said it was the most beautiful place for a wedding they had ever seen.The staff was extremely helpful and professional, the wines delicious. the whole experience was unforgettable and wonderful!.

Bedell wine is our favorite on the North Fork. We joined there wine club last year so when we visited our tasting was free. After our tasting we decided to each get a glass of our favorite wine and enjoyed a nice picnic lunch on one of the tables outside right next to the vines. Really could not have been much nicer. The staff is friendly and the wine is really good. They also have a sister winery about 5 minutes away called Corey Creek. They serve all the Bedell wines there as well and it is equally if not a more beautiful setting. Corey Creek has a twilight series several nights a week which means they are open for tasting from 5-9 with live music and a food truck. We went there before dinner and were really happy we did. Sitting on the porch overlooking the vineyard, listening to music and drinking some nice wine. It was a good time.

We enjoyed every single wine that we tasted. At most wineries, we found 1 or 2 we were willing to buy. It was our server's first day, but you would never have known it, she was knowledgeable and very friendly. If she was unsure of an answer, she deferred to her equally friendly colleague. Highly recommend a stop at Bedell.

Three of us shared the two different flights offered. The pourer was pleasant and professional. The atmosphere is lovely. The wines were very good and the amounts semi-generous. After purchasing two bottles, I was only charged for one flight, making it a fairly reasonably priced experience.

My birthday celebration began with a tasting @ Bedell. Arrived @ noon to a busy tasting room, but not too busy for 6 of us to be promptly and efficiently served @ the tasting bar. The staff was attentive and helpful. Also funny. (Showing us the jug for wine that's discarded before the next taste, he commented: "This will be our 2014 blend." Ahhh, a wine joke.....) The wine was good. Nice upstairs comfortable seating with a view of the vineyard. Upon learning it was my "0" birthday, my tasting was ON THE HOUSE. Nice touch. We'd go back, for sure......

Visited Bedell with my husband during a birthday getaway weekend. Amazing experience overall. Excellent winery. Beautiful atmosphere, great tasting options. The pourer at the tasting counter was the best - he spent time with us, very knowledgeable, selected some good wines for us based on the tastes we explained to him. By far the best wines I've tasted on Long Island so far. The tastings were pricey - I think it was $15/$20 for the regular/premium tastings (5 each) but the pour was generous. We settled on a few we liked and enjoyed sitting outside relaxing the beautiful acreage.

The is a cool place with Excellent Wines. Great atmosphere with some beautiful people. Join the club (quarterly delivery) and get free tasting and discounted wines. If you have an electric car you can even plug in. No this is not an advertisement. I just like the place but, perhaps I was under the influence after 3 prior winery stops. Also, check out the North Fork Table and Inn. This a foodies restaurant just down the road and the best in the area.

We really enjoy these hometown wines grown and produced on Long Island. This is the grown up sister of Corey Creek vineyards. There is a relaxing atmosphere at this premier vineyard that we enjoy every year. It can get crazy on the weekends with all the tourists, so go during the week if you can and enjoy tasting all varietals from this great vineyard.

The vineyard is nice. The service not so much. Kinda ruins the relaxed atmosphere we were seeking. There are plenty of other beautiful vineyards on the north fork. Don't waste your time here.

When my fiancee and I go to the North Fork we like to stop into Bedell Cellars. We enjoy the friendly service and comfortable setting. We recently signed up for the wine club. We received our first shipment last month. Bedell Cellars also owns Corey Creek winery. I have never been there, but this winery also has Corey Creek wines to taste and purchase. My favorite is the Gewürztraminer.
