Listen people when i tell you i never write reviews i mean i never write reviews no matter how good or bad the experience is because im just to lazy to do so, however this is an exception this must be told! you know this absolutely sucks because they have so many amazing reviews and i was sooo excited about booking with them for my 22nd birthday celebation but too bad i didnt get past making the reservations. they need a new customer service representative because whoever she is happens to be absolutely rude and disgusting! they advertised a rate online for the winter special and i've spoken to her numerous times just to get some questions answered and each time she reassured me that the price was as seen. well tonight i called back to book my reservation and was told that the price was actually higher than the price i was originally told. so of course my next question was what happened to the winter special and apparently they decided to change the expiration date last minute (and to make it worse the new expiration date is the day before i planned on going). i then asked for a manager; who told me to do that? this lady went off! she starts yelling as if i dont have the right to ask questions. and then she had the nerve to tell me i called to many times as if my business doesnt matter to her. it sucks that the advertised quote was randomly changed but the fact that she was soooo nasty about it made it even worse! if i could give this zero stars i would. thats how horrible this customer service was.

We booked for a girls day out and their package prices were great! The car was clean and our driver, Gary, was outstanding. I chose not to upgrade to the pick your own because I thought, how bad can it be? A few days prior to our tour, I got a call to confirm and also that's when they told me the three wineries we would be going to. The first two, Lenz and Pugliese had pretty solid reviews though Vineyard 48 did not. I called Elegant and tried to change but was told I would have to pay the extra $30 per person charge if I wanted to select another vineyard. The woman on the phone was very nice about the whole thing and also made a few suggestions to help. I felt better after speaking with her and thought we'd give it a shot. The winery ended up to be horrid (see my review on here of Vineyard 48). One thing I do wish Elegant would change is to give their clients an alternate to Vineyard 48 as it appears to be a place for a certain crowd/age group. Overall though, I would absolutely recommend Elegant and would take a tour with them again but this time, I'll pony up the money to pick my own!
