They have so many baseball fields and parks. In the summer these fields are packed with teams of all ages.

Had great time well ran tournament. Place is clean and kids had a ball meeting others from all over the United States.

The best baseball experience and fields that I have ever seen. The staff works so hard so everyone has a good time. The food is your regular ball park stuff but the price of the food is very reasonable. Great time.

This place is amazing. My son played there in June and it's almost impossible to explain this place to someone if they haven't been there. It is an experience my son will never forget. The facilities and fields are immaculate. It is a well oiled machine for sure and worth a visit.

Last year I went to Cooperstown Dreams Park and I didnt have a good experience at all. Firstly, I ran into the wall and smashed my teeth into my gums. Our family made suggestions to the owner, but he refused to make any changes because he wanted to keep the fields "original." The fields weren't safe at all, no warning tracks high wooden walls with no padding, it makes for a very dangerous outfield if your child isn't used to playing on short fences. The owner only seemed to care about money, how things look, and not about safety. The views are nice, but some houses are far off. Mr. Lou is not very nice. He puts on a good show, but if you disagree with anything, he hides behind his security. I'm sure other kids have had good experiences here, but every time I look into the mirror and see my teeth stuck in my jaw, I think of Cooperstown Dreaming of My Teeth Back Park. ...Spencer

Adequate parking, beautiful fields, proximity for snacks and souvenirs. Walks to some of the fields were lengthy but a shuttle service is available. They seem to pay attention to security of the players that stay there.

fun park with professional looking baseball fields. lots of entertainment and things to do especially if you are male. scenery is beautiful. cool summer weather. if your child or grandchild is playing at the field it's the best.

As a restaurant owner who enjoys trading our pins with the ball players, I welcome the Dreams Park activity. We have enjoyed meeting families from all over. Almost every one is happy to sit down to good food and ambiance. I especially enjoy the boys who come in to show me their pin collections. After 12 years, we never have heard any bad stories of the Dreams Park experience. Instead, parents and children speak happily of their time there. Portabello's welcomes the returning teams, and looks forward to their return next year.

My family and I are baseball junkies and I've been to Cooperstown 3 times, twice with my two oldest boys' Dreams Park teams, and once to see the Brett/Yount/Ryan induction. To be sure, the experience of watching your son play is this tournament is incredible. Add the Hall of Fame and shopping for memorabilia and it's a robust experience. But there's a lot more to Cooperstown than baseball and a family could enjoy a vacation here without it. Otsego lake is beautiful, with many boating opportunities. Leatherstalking Is a picturesque golf course perched along the lake. For culture, the Fenimore Art Museum has a wonderful collection of American folk art, including an interesting Winslow Homer exhibit. See a live Blacksmith across the street at the Farmer's Museums. There also is no shortage of restaurants. My favorite visit was to Ommegang Brewery, where we tasted several craft bears, brought home a case of 21 ouncers as gifts, and had a nice meal. Cooperstown is steeped in history and culture and I expect we'll be back, particularly if they let Pete Rose in!

Great prices on food and souvenirs. My son had such and amazing experience playing at the field, opening ceremonies, closing ceremonies and making friends and memories.

As a Grandparent, I was amazed by the whole complex. everything was so organized, clean and well controlled. Grounds were manicured, bathrooms well cared for, food well priced, and employees so polite and caring. Employees presented themselves as professionals in manners and dress. Teams stayed together, didn't need to worry about children running about. Benches to rest upon and transportation to and from games and parking lots.. Lots of available parking. I can not express how over whelmed I was with everything. Best experience I have had, better than Disney World. Thank you for all your efforts

Grandson played baseball at the Park. Everyone working at the Park was extremely friendly and courteous. Great trip.

My boys played on a team in one of the weekly tournaments. Overall it was a great experience. A few things to note: If you do the early check in be prepared to wait in your car for awhile before being directed to barracks. Opening ceremony is pretty long and didn't start on time when we were there so don't go too early. Stands are crowded but there's plenty of room for everyone. Park snack bars have decent food, wide variety and are fairly priced. Expect your child (players) to need money for extra food every day. Player meals are "ok" but 12-13 yr old boys are always hungry! $10 a day worked for my kids. There's a wide range of baseball talent. Be kind if you're one of the better teams and don't get discouraged if you're not. Everyone makes playoffs and the first round, for lower ranked teams, will likely be most evenly matched game. Lots of teams leave before closing ceremony so don't worry about missing it. There's a scare put into kids and parents about the strictness of rules but wasn't as rigid as I feared. Player won't get kicked out for an untucked jersey, will just be asked to tuck it in. Pin trading is a big deal; siblings often participate too so should be given some pins. You can buy the empty pin books right at the park when you first get there. No more expensive there than at other souvenir shops.

Consistent with many other reviews, our team had just a great time at Cooperstown Dreams Park! The players are treated first class and they loved staying in the barracks and trading pins. My son was very proud of all the gear that he brought home. Tournament is very well organized and prices for food and souvenirs are very reasonable. As others have shared, the opening and closing ceremonies could be improved and the teenagers in the concession stands are all extremely slow -- I didn't see one smile all week. Too bad for them as it should be a great place to work! Parents and family viewing areas have obstructed views, which is a bit annoying. Because each field is totally enclosed by a 8-foot wall, you don't get to see many other teams play and get to know families from other teams like you do at Ripken and other tournaments. All in all, I would give it 5 stars for the players and 3 stars for families.
