There are 18 movie theaters,so all the current movies are playing.The movies start about 11am and run until late evening. Cocession stand offers many types of foods ans drinks. Theather is always clean. and seats are comfortable.

One of the better malls in upstate New York. Lots of different options for shopping regardless of what you are looking for.

In weekends most expats don't know what to do in a new area. This is a good place as it has nice collections of shops including App Store. You could easily spend a day here entertaining your family. What I didn't like in the mall was the smell of some fried kitchens in the ground floor!

I love this area of NEW York. The mall is excellent with a good atmosphere lots of stores and food. Good link to getting there by bus or car.

We had dinner at a really nice restaurant and shopped at Best Buy for a computer without leaving the mall.

I'm a lifelong resident of Albany, and so I've been to this mall countless times. In the past 10 or so years, I've watched it go downhill. Empty store fronts, sketchy kiosks, multiple dollar stores and "newsstands," "cash for gold" places, random gift shops, T-shirt screening shops. You know, the kinds of places that make you think the mall is headed for closure. Not to mention that both the interior and exterior were in serious need of updating.But now, I'm happy to say this mall is really picking itself back up again. I think this has, in large part, been driven by the competition from nearby Colonie Center, which underwent a total facelift and got some great new stores never before seen in the Capital District. Crossgates needed to step up their game to survive, and they have. Many of the chain stores have been renovated; off the top of my head, Gap, Bath & Body Works, H&M, and Victoria's Secret all have completely new looks and, in some cases, new locations within the mall. Some great new businesses have been brought in, or will be brought in in the near future, such as Michael Kors, The Art of Shaving, Texas de Brazil (steakhouse), Lord & Taylor, Latitude 360, Dave & Buster's, Athleta, World of Beer, and Vera Bradley. The common areas and hallways have also undergone some great updates, with new tiles and paint, as well as some nice benches and tables for taking a break from shopping. The inside is looking great; I hope they do the outside next, as it still needs some work.Another benefit to Crossgates is that there is plenty of parking, and it is pretty easy to find a parking spot most of the time. Obviously if you go on a Friday night and try to park near the movies, you might have a harder time, but there are plenty of lots that are almost never full. I'm pleased to see Crossgates making an effort to improve its aesthetics and bring in new businesses. If you haven't been in awhile, it's definitely worth a visit to see the renovations being made and check out some of the new stores.

The only bad thing I can say about this mall is that for some it might be TOO big....it has just about every store I frequent.

Took Sister-In -Law there for her Birthday recently. Was very satisfied with service. Waitress was very personable and willing to help. Was knowledgeable of specials and menu. Teased the waitress about meal being free for her Birthday. Did bring her a complimentary dessert. Had great time. Expect to visit there, again. Food came out in a reasonable time and was very good.

If you are thinking about dropping 200.00 on sneakers don't buy them here. They give you a very hard time with returns especially a manager named Justin. Very poor attitude.

A lot of stores - some common to all malls & many didn't recognize. Very clean easy to walk thru. Middle part re-doing flooring but didn't take away from walking around. Dick's Forever 21 froyo D&B's Verizon were places we visited, stopped in some unknown stores pleasantly surprised. Good food court. Even teens walking around were not rowdy or rude - that was a nice change. Noticed many young families. Would visit again when in the area (stayed nearby at the Holiday Inn Express which also recommend).

This mall has a lot of stores with more opening up all the time. I'm really excited for Lord and Taylor to open! Parking is pretty easy to find.

Large mall with many great stores. If you don't have a lot of time and need something specific it's best to find the correct entrance nearest to what you are looking for, otherwise, you can waste time searching.

On a Busy Friday night the Regal cinema bathroom was sparkly clean. What a Relief! Saw Three Days To Kill which was also a good movie.

We enjoyed the bargains following during and after Black Friday and the ambiance of this beautiful Mall...most of our favorite stores are located there and also nearby smaller outlets like T-JMAX for exemple..
