美国尼亚加拉瀑布特别壮观，美国段的瀑布较加拿大段要缓和些，但因是相连的，所以整个瀑布尽在眼前，那飞流直下的气势磅礴。

The Fashion Outlets seem much nicer than in previous visits. The food court seems to have been upgraded, and while there aren't a lot of choices (Subway, and some pizza and Asian choices), the seating area appears larger. There were enough stores to interest all of us, although the Nike Store grand reopening was to happen in a few days (at least the old store was open).

Food court was totally renovated. However, the new tables are too narrow for 2 people to comfortably sit side-by-side.

The mall is sparkling clean but the deals were few and far between. Maybe it is because they are trying to attract the Canadian shopper where the cost difference can be significant. We did buy a couple things but it was because they had post holiday sales (75% off sale prices) that were hard to resist. Would not return with the thought I would save tons of money.

So far I've only been able to find 1 good deal. For most, the 'reduced-priced' items are still not cheap. It's an okay place to shop specially during winter because they are indoors (Niagara Outlet in Canada is outdoors - really bad during winter).

With the big hit on the Canadian $, I won't be visiting Niag Falls, NY or Buffalo, for shopping, dining or casino. I've been visiting this outlet mall for many years. My visits have been more for an excursion than to really shop. Other than some end of line merchandise, the prices are not that great. Many 'name brand' items are made specifically for 'outlet malls' and the identical item can't be found in regular malls, so it's difficult to compare prices. Also, the food court is no real deal. In fact, the place selling Greek food, in addition to taking out any $ exchange, also whacks you with a 10 or 15% charge when paying by debit. Nice extra cash when the majority of shoppers are Canadian. I hope enjoy the lack of business.Also, local residents, please don't get angry at all Canadians for being pushy and leaving boxes and wrappings in the parking lot. These are also the same Canadians that do the same in our local malls, and we don't like them either. (Note to mall management: You know that cross-border shoppers dump boxes and packaging to sneak the goods past customs...why don't you install large garbage receptacles for that purpose?). Also, to the local residents that complain about Canadians...do you actual think this mall would be in existence if only locals shopped there? Both Niag Falls and Buffalo are full of closed down industries and boarded up shops and businesses and high unemployment.

I do not know why every outlet mall in America is really a cheap looking mall with regularly priced merchandise. We did find some great deals thoughout the mall, but there were only a few. Adidas, Nike, Reebok, Ralph Lauren, and Calvin Klein had merchandise that was sold at a discounted rate, but the rest of the stores were the same pricing as a regular mall. The mall is airy, big, clean, and bright...........but where are the deals? It is the only big shopping center for miles, and it is worth checking out....but on a bad weather day.

Stores are ok but you have to remember its outlet so no newest models just last season etc. some good sales but not in every store Best sales in my opinion were in saks and Kate spade. Food court nothing special. It was pretty empty when we went there.

You definitely won't be getting some insanely great deals here, but you can find some good buys if you look around and be patient. As some of the other reviewers suggested, it may be a good idea to do a lap-around the mall first, then buy things on the second time around. If you can, try to find coupons online, these may help get you a better deal.The food court isn't the greatest, but there are a couple of good places right outside, so head outside if you want a meal.

I went last Saturday, Jan 17, 2015. My last time shopping at Fashion was 2 years ago, at that time Canadian dollar was above american and the prices were good. Now is the contrary, prices almost the same as in Toronto stores but also with the dollar change (80 U$ for 100 C$) you will lose money and without counting the gas and the food......

No visit is complete without a trip across the border to the outlets (Canadian residents, try to spend a night in Buffalo / Niagara USA to avoid duty charges).This is a large complex that requires time (couple hours atleast) and a car as it is middle of nowhere.Once you make it, give yourself a budget, and get a directory to scope of the stores otherwise, your credit card may require life support by the time your done!Burberry, Perry Ellis, Sacks off 5th Ave, Coach, etc. You can save somewhat more if your purchase a green card from customer service for $5, that typically gives you an additional 10% off regular prices merch which is already reduced by 60-75%

The wife and I decided to head to Buffalo for the weekend to do a little shopping. Overall the deals were fantastic, especially for the ladies. Many stores offered buy one get one free, some 30-70% and others just average. As others have suggested, it would be wise to be a little versed on pricing especially for the target items you're after. Some deals were amazing and others not so much when you factor the poor Canadian dollar and the exchange rate currently. What surprised me was how many of the stores are carrying current product. It's not like canada where "factory" or "outlet" stores carry specific outlet quality merchandise that was only ever created for outlet sales. I found many of the items here were in fact current and on the stores websites at regular price. Food court options are surprisingly limited, but there are some good food choices just outside the mall.I found the best deals at Saks, Converse, Cole Haan, Asics, Under Armour. I would suggest doing a lap around the mall before committing to anything as you may be enticed by the first few deals you see only to find better ones later.

it would seem the expansion was expensive, as most stores really are not priced much better than their full price counterparts. Customer service when we went was lacking, most of the employees were more interested in texting and talking on their phones. Nike and the gap had good sales but there were actually some stores where we found items more expensive than regular stores. Parking was much better since the expansion was complete but otherwise we were unimpressed.

We were staying in Toronto and as part of our day trip to Niagara we decided to stop here and also at Outlet Collection in Canada. As UK nationals we did have to pay the visa fee at the border ($6) each. It was worth it for the savings. This is a big mall with plenty of choice. Nike, Ralph Lauren, Michael Kors, Adidas etc. The prices are similar to over the border in Canada and some of the deals were different. For instance Adidas had 50% off everything in Canada whereas in the US it was buy one get one half price. Michael Kors was a little cheaper and of course the sales tax helped with 13% in Ontario and 4% in NYC. If you are from the UK go!

There are savings to be found here. However, you really need to know your prices on both sides of the border to find a real deal. The parking can be difficult but it is nice that this is an indoor mall when you are visiting in the dead of winter.It is worth the visit if in the area but use your browser to see if it worth traveling to this place as we found better prices on this side of the border.
