My husband and I enjoyed a show at ImprovAcadia. They were a talented group to keep the audience laughing and involved. We were nervous to sit up front, but were assured that we wouldn't be picked on. It was an amusing, unique show. We were lucky to meet and hangout with some of the cast after the show. ImprovAcadia is a fun place to visit while in Bar Harbor.

ImprovAcadia is a not-to-be-missed attraction in Bar Harbor. Whether your visit is after a hike in Acadia, after dinner in Bar Harbor or just because you like great improv comedy, you owe it to yourself to go to ImprovAcadia. We've been going for years with children and adults; in fact with just about everyone except our dogs and all have had a great time.Kid-friendly shows are usually earlier in the evening - call ahead to check.Reservations are advised and don't be late!Drinks and dessert/snacks are available.

My husband & I both love improv and were pleased with the show. The topics were fun, and the performers kept the crowd involved. Enjoyable night out!

We laughed the whole show. The performers were very talented. We had a wonderful time. I highly recommend this for a night life activity.

So funny, and they don't pick on you as an audience member--you can just sit back and laugh! Great prices, super nice people, we make this a regular stop when we're in BH!

The performers were absolutely outstanding. We had so much fun at the 8 o'clock show that we went to the 10 o'clock as well. We didn't stop laughing the entire time. I've never seen performers so quick witted, versatile and talented! If you go to Bar Harbor and don't check out their show, you've missed a diamond.

Excellent way to end a great day! Went to the 10pm show which is more "Adult" content. Very reasonably priced admission fee and good drinks. The 4 improve comedians were fantastic! Very entertaining and interactive. Highly recommend seeing the act!

The quaint second floor theater that this EXTREMELY talented improv groups performances are housed in matches the good vibes that they clearly portray. The variety of skits they took part in really kept the fast pace of the evening seemless and transitions were excellent. All players interacted with one another and their audience so professionally and Im typically a pretty hard sell when it comes to laughing out loud or to a comedic performance/film of any kind...but right out of the gates I couldn't stop. Often I couldn't catch my breath or stop the tears with how hard I was laughing. Made my trip to Bar Harbor so much more memorable. A must see for nighttime entertainment. Very professional.

Great show for such a reasonable price! 4 performers did a great job improvising using ideas shouted out by the audience. Lasted about 1 1/2 hours. They serve food and drinks. We would definitely do this again!

My wife and I are frequent event goers. ImprovAcadia is exceptional! I'm glad we discovered it. Who would ever think that you could find top-notch comedy in Bar Harbor, Maine? But you can, and we did. The price is right, the comics are brilliant. This is a guaranteed fun night. Dio yourself a favor and give it a try.

If you like Who's Line Is It Anyway, you'll LOVE ImprovAcadia!!! We think it's even better than Who's Line.... We discovered it last year, 2013, and went 6 times. We are planning on going back several times this year, too. We have already been once during this trip and laughed just as much as last year. We told a couple that we had just met about it and they went, too, and LOVED it just as much as we did. We all laughed so hard we were in tears. Can't want to go again! We have such a fun night when we go to ImprovAcadia. Jen and Larrance are great and have a great team! You won't be disappointed!!!

With only 3 performers and a musical director they put on a terrific show. Good drinks and service...we had a great time.

We have been vacationing in Bar Harbor for several years now and Improvacadia has become a regular stop for us on each visit. Most recently, we were able to catch three shows during our week visit in September and each show was (and always is!) truly unique and LOL funny. In our opinion, Improvacadia is quality entertainment at a very reasonable price. Check them out for an evening of fun, relaxation and serious laughter--you won't be disappointed!

If you're in the Bar Harbor area you can't miss this improve show! Jen and Larrance are absolute sweethearts and the actors are hilarious! You'll be in stitches the entire time! It's definitely worth the $17 ticket price. Plus they have some great drink concoctions. Don't miss this great opportunity!

We decided to go to this comedy show, with no expectations for the night...but we were BLOWN AWAY by the talent and laughs this comedy club provided! All three of the actors were hysterical! From a 27 year old to a 62 year old, we were all laughing our butts off! Our cheeks hurt from smiling! If you're looking for a wonderful end to your day, I suggest this show!
