armands kitchen cooking classes

Four of us spent a half day at "Armand's Kitchen" in a hands-on cooking class with Chef Doug. He asked us to choose the menu for the day and we selected a pasta menu, for which he came up with four different entrees to prepare that day, plus homemade bread and dessert!We had a terrific time laughing and learning as Doug showed us many tips and tricks that make cooking easier, from dicing an onion to simple knife skills. In addition, we made three different kinds of pasta and went home with the leftovers, aprons, tote bags and great memories! We highly recommend a stop at Armand's Kitchen if you are in the Lakes Region just off Route 302 in Windham, Maine.
