pirate's cove

My family plays all over New England and we are quite competitive. I am very picky about where we go whether indoors or outdoors ,we strive for the perfect game..Pirates cove was the best bang for the buck. We used Groupon and saved half the admission. The place was spotless , The owner personally thanked me and we went on a Tuesday to avoid the crowds. The course was challenging but I got two hole in ones. I usually lose to my wife and sons. Will definitely return to this hidden gem.

Always love going here when we're in OOB. The only downside is that they open too late and close too early in the season.

I'm not the type that is turned away by crowded places. The reason places get crowded is because of their quality and Pirate's Cove was an extremely fun and challenging course with great views of the ocean. The amount of people that were here was staggering. Instead of the "4 golfer limit," many groups exceeded 10, with some approaching 15. We were fortunate enough to be ahead of said ten-somes so we were not delayed at all; however, I can't imagine the time it took for those behind them to finish. All-in-all, great fun for a great value. If you love mini golf like I do, this is one of the best you'll ever play!

We had a great time coming here for the first time ever this summer. Priced at $9 per person, we thought it was a little overpriced, but we liked that you can choose from a harder course or an easier course, and the pirate theme is carried out nicely all over the well-maintained course. Only downside was the crowds, it was sooo busy we let some players play through, and had to wait for crowds ahead while others waited behind us. We'd love to come back, but will decide to do this at the beginning or end of the season so we can have the courses to ourselves!

We thought it might just be mosquito infested however to our surprise they were well under control. The course is well laid out and really quite difficult which makes it interesting. Not too tough for kids 8+ though so well worth a family visit.

Family had a blast. It was clean and we were not rushed. We had a person with us who has difficulty walking and she had no problem. Won free passes for our next trip.

this is the best looking mini golf course Ive been to yet! its clean and well kept. Its always been an old orchard beach tradition of ours!

A bit pricey at $11, but a very nice, fun, challenging course. Not your average windmill-filled course. Go early and beat the crowds that can build up.

We came here twice during our vacation it was so much fun. The first time we can around 8pm and it was PACKED! We decided to use the old course because the lines weren't as long. The next day we arrived at 11am (we won a free game) and we pretty much had the course to ourselves. The course is well manicured and just challenging enough.

This is a great time for the family. Go early so you can beat the crowds. They have two different sections one for smaller children and then one that is for more teens and adults.

Had a wonderful experience here. Very well maintained course and great staff. They have two courses and levels of difficulty, and a second game is only $4. I will definitely return.

2 Courses, both are nice. Very fun to play with all of the pirate themes and a tunnel. Lots of water and even a few ducks waddle through once in a while. Great family place.

Our family loves playing mini golf and this one is a great find. The courses are maintained well. Staff is always friendly. Its easy enough for little kids and challenging enough for the adults to make it fun for everyone.

My daughter and I were looking for an activity to do while we waited for our room to ready. I had seen a review of this place on TripAdvisor and we decided to check it out. What a great surprise. The holes are imaginatively designed with hills, curving courses and caves. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, with flowers and plantings. All the greens were in perfect repair and there were even benches to wait on. There are two courses of 18 holes, one more challenging than the next, both have water hazards which all in good fun ate two of my golf balls! All in all a wonderful way to spend our afternoon, I will definately go back again next time Im in the area. There are stairs and climbing this is not for the handicapped or unfit!

This is the second time my family has played mini put here and we lived it both times. There are 2 trails to choose from both 18 hole games. Very nice course with a beautiful waterfall. Fun for young kids, teenagers and adults and very reasonably priced!
