people were nice, prices were a bit high. I really enjoyed this location because it is close to my family. I would visit them again if I have the opportunity.

I am from bowling green 30 miles from guntown mt. it was a vary nice place to take the family at one time, but what was is not any more. they are charging people money to look at a prop..! it was nice a long time ago, but they had a fire there and when they rebuilt it the old time look the place had was gone.that was at least 15 yrs ago but they still had shoot-outs ,hangings, and the other shows that was nice.but now they are gone.nothing there but building props.all its good for now is to piss people off for spending good money for nothing.

We arrived on Friday not open all weekend, we left on Wednesday, it was never opened onetime the entire 6 days we were there, I was disappointed that they no longer to any shows,

Looks like this whole place may be under new ownership. The place is getting run-down quickly! The souvenir shop was awful a few years back, but it seems like a lot of wasted empty space now, but have added an old time photos session. Guntown Mountain does not seem to be operating at all. The Haunted Hotel is however my favorite walk-through haunt that I have ever been through, with the exception of Kennywood's Noah's Ark. It it is a wild romp in the dark if you like nostalgic haunted houses & dark rides. It has the charm from the Bill Tracy 1960s era haunts with Charmin' Charles playing his piano in the window. It is NOT a modern blood and guts with spooks creeping up behind you type of thing. Probably the flip of a few switches turns the whole thing on! Sadly, the hotel's condition is noticeably deteriorating. You can get the blacklit golf as a combo with the hotel, but the golf is a joke really. They even have a No Refunds sign at the golf entrance. New owners better do something quick!

We went there on Friday and were told that the ski lift only runs on Saturday and Sunday and it's $10 to ride to the top and see the town. However they no longer have gun shows or any kind of entertainment up there.

So apparently Guntown Mountain is under new ownership. There is no live Western shows and no trolley rides as well. No old time photos. Charge $10.00 to ride the skylift to see absolutely nothing. 6.00 each to go inside the Haunted Hotel and to play minature golf. So when u complain to the owners his reply was "I will lose some and I will gain some. He also said that would be no trolley and no more live shows" gonna put in a Museum and a xip line. Smh!!! I told him well guess what u just lost some customers cause we won't be back. The place is absolutely a ghost town. I use to recommend this but I won't any more.

Cool place to visit. We had one of the old fashioned pictures made. I have always wanted to do that. Prices very reasonable. Nice gift shop. The staff very friendly and helpful.

The only thing that you can do is pay $10 a person to ride the ski lift to the top of the mountain but nothing is opened. The place is literally a ghost town and so disappointing to see how run down the place is now. Great place to visit 20 yrs. ago...

There are no live gunfights or saloon shows like there used to be. Not sure what the new owners are going to do, but they better do it soon. Paid the $10/person for a chairlift ride to the top mostly out of curiosity and reliving memories of what used to be. Would not go again.

I was told new owners bought the place and they will no longer have the gun slingers and the can can girl shows and etc. so I guess we jus ride to the top and look at empty made up buildings?? No thanks don't waste any vacation time here

The haunted hotel was a fabulous throwback to childhood carnival haunts/dark houses. I am horror fiend and I adored it. Super creative, great atmosphere and spooky and it even BOOed me a few times. For $6 you can not go wrong.

Over-charged for a ride on a rusty ski lift to guntown mt to see nothing. Nothing really going on but a few people singing in a building. No good shows, nobody in character and nothing to do. Left feeling stupid and robbed. Very, very disappointing. If the new owners aren't going to do anything with it then they should stop charging people to see it and close it down. Would give zero stars if I could!

We stopped and took several photos of the haunted hotel and front of building, Staff did not even bother to greet us and suvenieers was over priced and looked like they were leftovers from the 20th century. White handles on spoons had turned yellow and the smell of smoked hams upon entering was very very strong.Olde time photos clothes were dirty and the pet odor was not for the weak of stomach either. Very run down and we did not go up to old west town or mini golf as it appeared we were only folks there. Grass in parking lot proved not a lot of use either. Time for it to say goodnight Gracie!!

Guntown mountain is now open and will be through august (possibly longer) they now have a band and a new magician and escape artist on the weekend the magician and his daughter also run a magic shop in between shows. I can't wait to go again!
