old kentucky bourbon bar

Stopped in while waiting on a delayed flight out of CVG. Wasn't sure what to expect. The bartender was very friendly and helpful. He knew we weren't pros so he gave us a quick run down and offered the perfect suggestion for a cold day. Hot cider with whisky. It was delicious. I will definitely be back.

I am a bourbon lover, but my wife is not... but that did not stop us from having a great time at this great bar in Covington. The décor and atmosphere are very cool. The selection of bourbons is amazing and the knowledge that the bar staff has about the various spirits is outstanding. It is not the largest space around, and can get very busy. But we have been back twice in the past 2 weeks since our first visit. We will keep going back as well.

We visited with our son and DIL and had a great time. They have drink specials every day and if you have a favorite bourbon drink you can experiment and have them make it with a different bourbon than you may normally use. The bartenders are really knowledgeable and willing to help.

I had been wanting to try this place for a long time and finally did during the Covington Maifest festival. Great botique bar.....reminded me of a couple of bourbon bars I went to in Chicago. Small, intimate, and a GREAT selection of Bourbons. They even had the almost impossible to find Pappy Van Winkle! One person in our group did not drink bourbon so he ordered a Screwdriver; was impressed that they squeezed a fresh orange for the juice and did not use cartoned orange juice! They even had a pretty good beer selection. We will be back......

A small bar on Main Street with an awesome selection of Bourbon! It's a small establishment, but the bar tender was very friendly. A great place for a before or after dinner drink!
