We rented this boat for my sister's bachelorette party and were very disappointed. The boat was dirty, the food was bad, and to top it all off they wouldn't give me my deposit back. I had to file a complaint with the BBB in order to get it back. It's a shame, it could be a really nice service but it falls short.

32 members of our family took a morning cruise with Queen City Riverboats in early April. When planning the cruise, I found the staff to be very professional. The three member crew was very kind and helpful. We enjoyed the snack bar and both levels of the very clean and well-maintained boat. The captain was full of information on Cincinnati's history and sights. A fine time was had by all!

We recently went on a dinner cruise for a wedding rehersal dinner on a Friday night from 6 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Right from the moment we walked on the boat we were very disappointed. The boat was very old, creaky, lopsided, SMELLY, and dirty. There were spiders everywhere. The carpeting was stained and smelled VERY bad. The two barmaids that were on duty were real nut cases. Everyone was commenting on how unprofessional they were. The food was awful. They had cheesecake sitting out on tables in 90 degree weather for three hours before they served it. There were flies all over it and no one would eat it. The boat ride was nice but the captain crashed into the dock when we got back to shore. This scared the crap out of everyone (especially the kids). This rig is definitely not sea worthy. Even though we didn't have to pay for the ride, I would adivse anyone who is thinking about taking this trip to look elsewhere.
