cliff lake

Cliff lake has a campground with only 6 sites. The water color is beautiful and the fish were jumping. We experienced this lake during a good rain shower. The sun came out just before sun down and the water was a mirror of the clouds. Wish we would have had our canoe. Woke up the next morning with ice on our RV windows and 2 deer having breakfast in our camp. Camp sites cost $12 with a nice vault toilet. Want to come here again.

We enjoyed the clear water but it's really cold. The good fishing is out deep in the lake so you aren't likely to catch much close to shore.

We are from Minnesota, and we are always looking for a good lake to canoe on---and it is good to find a Lake we can canoe on, fish on, and explore, but we also find swans, herons, and hawks, eagles, it is a delightful Lake.
