thompson chain of lakes

The whole drive is wonderful!! We enjoyed seeing the whole area. We spent the day on a boat on Horseshoe lake. It is crystal clear so we did lots of swimming. Didn't catch any fish though.

We recently spent three nights at a cabin on Lavon lake. It was quiet, peaceful and overall beautiful. The water was clear. We didn't visit any of the other lakes but could see Crystal lake from our cabin.

I didn't have a chance to stop for any great lenghth of time but this chain of lakes is on my list for the future. The drive is beautiful! I've heard there's good fishing...just a beautiful place, worth the trip.

We used to camp here all the time. They have all kinds of fish in there from salmon to sunfish and they are also fun to swim in.
