We have been to Lake Martin several times, but this was the first time we did the swamp tour-I can't believe we waited so long! Gary, our pilot and guide, was awesome! He was fun, informative, and took time to show us many small things that could have easily been skipped over-that's what made this an experience to always remember!

This swamp tour was simply awesome! It was the highlight of our stay in Central Louisiana. The guide was great, informative, funny. The boat was very comfortable. We wish the two-hour tour would have been even longer - that is how much we enjoyed ourselves. You can't get better value for money. We will be back!

My husband had two days off on a business trip. Found this tour. They are very professional, lovers of their environment, great sense of humor. Definitely looking forward to another tour. We're planning on going back this year on vacation. Definitely a must see.

Everyone in the gift shop was very friendly. Our boat guide was funny and well-informed, and he was careful to respect the area as the animals' home first and remind us that we were the visitors to this special place that he clearly loved so much. Lots of great photo ops and a variety of wildlife, including lots of alligators!

We are locals and had never taken a swamp tour. We all enjoyed it, including 4 children. Very friendly tour guide. We will do this again.

The authentic Cajun guide was just perfect. He was knowledgeable and knew where to go to see the wildlife. The tour was informal and friendly. Very peaceful and relaxing experience.

Our daughter son in law & 2 adult grand sons were visiting from New Mexico last week. My wife & I have taken other tours in years past so we know a little of whats there. My son on law called one other company first. Who ever answered the phone said he was tired from duck hunting & seemed to care less about our business.Sure glad he did ! I am originally from Minnesota. 7 years ago, my wife and I exeperienced our first tour with Brian. Every time my family or friends visit us in Louisiana, we HAVE to take them on one of Brains tours.Dec. 29 we brought one of my brothers, his wife and their son for their first tour (our 6th).Brian had us all laughing and learning so much about the lake and swamps that not only are we planning a 7th tour this Spring, but my family have added this to their Must Do Again list.We have been on this tour in the Spring, Summer, Fall...and now the Winter, and thoroughly enjoyed every one of the tours. This was our first swamp tour and it definately won't be our last! We will be back to Champagnes again for sure! It was a great tour, lots of awesome sights and lots of info given by our amazing tour guide. He was funny and friendly and definately made it a great trip! Thank you again and we will see you soon!

The swamp is huge, the tour is very well organized and you can enjoy all different places of Lake Martin. Double check the temperature because alligators don't show up once is chilly

The tour guide was funny, interactive and bilingual(French&English). A very interesting, beautiful and educational trip.

If you only get to do one swamp tour when you are in Louisiana, please make sure you choose Champagne's Cajun Swamp Tour on Lake Martin as it's fantastic!The tour is about 2 hours and great value for money for $20 per person.All staff were very friendly and helpful.We got to see alligators (one right outside the boat dock), herons, an eagle and turtles. We even got to see a nest of alligator babies (some were only 4 days old) which was just amazing! Our enthusiastic guide went through great efforts to show us these.

We had a awesome time. We saw 300 year old bald cypress trees, turtles, gators, and a number of different birds. The tour guide was very nice and knew the swamp very will. Loved it and would love to do it again in the summer.

Gerry Lasseigme of Champagne's Cajun swamp tour was the real deal in a Louisiana bayou experience. Gerry grew up in this area, hunting and fishing these swamps and knows the swamp well with all of the birds, alligators and Cajun culture. At one point we saw 17 alligators. The value for this experience is unmatched as far as I am concerned. This is a chance to be up close and personal with the Bayou swamp and is a bucket list item to include.
