Their is so much to learn about food and this is the experience of one of a kind. The professional hands on approach is unlike anything you will ever see. We ate at LaBistro where they teach students every aspeck of running a restaurant. If you have a chance to get in, do not miss this great experience. When they move to the new location on campus, I think they willbring the culinary education to a grander level.

What I liked most overall about Chef John Folse Culinary Institute was the fact that it was a smaller community which created more inter-activeness between the people there.

I absolutely love the campus. It is small and near my family so I really enjoy that. I cannot wait to graduate in a year because I know that everything I learned here will be able to be used in my future career.

I had a great time at Chef John Folse Culinary Institute! My time here was extremely helpful and I am very thankful for all that I learned and for the connections I made. Chef Randy made sure that I gained many connections after school for certain projects.

I liked going here because you receive a higher education that will make your future. You get one on one time with the teachers because the classes are small and I liked all the teachers I had.

Chef John Folse Culinary Institute is constantly improving and teaching you everything you need to know to be successful in the industry. We used to make our own restaurant out of the classroom and had a high turn over rate every night we did that. My experience was so valuable in teaching me the in's and out's of the restaurant business.

I would recommend Chef John Folse Culinary Institute because upon completion you have an Associate's or Bachelor's degree, not just a certificate of completion. I would also recommend this facility because you have a small student to instructor ratio which allows more individual time with students.

The John Folse Culinary Institute is a part of Nicholls State University in Thibodaux, Louisiana. If you want to be a chef, you can take classes here for an Associate's Degree or Bacherlor's Degree. It is one of about 70 degrees offered at the University. However, it is not an attraction of Thibodaux. It is something to do as much as English, Nursing, and Mass Communication.

He is one of my favorite Chef's in Louisiana, I will say I am very picky but went to a work function at his establishment and I have never had bread pudding in my life (as I do not like wet bread) but my friend talked me into trying his White Chocolate bread pudding.. it was HEAVEN!
