I love this casino. I always feel welcome especially the greeting security when I first enter until I leave. Exciting gaming.

There is a really good food selection and ok game selection. Will go back but not to spend a lot of time there.

I love,love,love Horseshoe Bossier City!! Such a nice casino with wonderful deals and comps for those that are frequent gamblers. The rooms are wonderful as well as restaurant choices. People are very friendly and helpful. If you like Asian food you will love their Chinese food restaurant. They have a Las Vegas grade pool as well. A must stay for those that love to gamble!

Insulting tablegame dealers.[a few oldtimes are great, new ones are poorly trained, make erros that are difficult to get corrected by pit bosses...make a good hit on Roulette and wait 20 to 30 min. to get a manager from the office to come ok a pay out...damn pain to deal with....difficult to transverse multilevel, oldmouldy smell, poor drink service.

By far this is the best hotel and casino located in Shreveport-Bossier area. The rooms are awesome, the view is great and the service is top notch. There is an Asian cafe that has the best pork chops and very fresh food

The dealers were very nice and smiled. Drink service was quick. There was nothing other than my bad luck and losing that I would change.

A very nice, clean, casino to play in with some of the newer slot machines. Security is excellent, and any problems with the machines are taken care of quickly.

Casino slot pay outs are on par with other casinos. They don't have nice facilities with winners. Buffet has a lot of choices. Casino staff was friendly. Hotel room pricing was great. Negative was no free WiFi and had to pay a resort fee on top of room fee.

The Horseshoe is a very classy casino--very well managed and spotless...seems like the whole staff has taken lessons in hospitality-- very courteous and helpful...The floors and restrooms were spotless. the aisles and slot machines were always being maintained and cleaned! We like the gaming choices at The 'shoe! as usual, the drinks are complimentary unlike our neighbor casinos in Oklahoma! One just feels like a valued patron in this hotel/casino!

The Buffet was very good. There was something for everyone ribs, prime rib, boiled shrimp, sushi, carrot cake and Mexican food. Plus kids are half off. In Vegas kids don't get discounts generally. The rooms were large with huge soaking tub.

We planned a mini-Valentine's getaway, and had a great time. We really wanted to stay at the casino, but I'm so happy they were booked. We played Roulette once, but that was't the game for us. We moved upstairs (3rd fl.) and had a blast while at the slots, there are plenty to choose from. We hit it big while at the penny slots, then our luck continued at the .25c slots, we quickly cashed out and used those winnings at the Boardwalk. The winnings paid for the trip, the shopping, and a few extras. The only negative:Way too much smoke in the air, I would have given anything to get rid of it. Hoarseshoe was, GREAT!

This is one of the nicer casinos in bossier city. It has the biggest buffet also. It's very good and a lil something for everyone. U can even bring ur kids. There is something for them too. The boardwalk is located very close as well

We were on a roadtrip from Arizona, stopping at various casinos. After going to the smoke filled Louisiana Downs, this place was a relief. It is a beautiful casino, on par with Vegas resorts. We played on the bottom floor and there was no smoke odor at all. I thought it might be a non-smoking area, but it was not. My wife and I even won a little on penny slots. We will return.

This was our first trip to Bossier City and a friend recommended this casino. We tripled our money on slots and had a fantastic time. If you are looking for lose slots, this is the place. Glad we made it our first stop. We will be back.
