morgan creek vineyards

We used Morgan Creek as our wedding venue and could not be more satisfied. The prices are reasonable for the venue rental and the wine. The vineyard is off of the main road just a couple of minutes and is very inviting. It's a gorgeous place to have a simple wine tasting or to create a memorable event. Not to mention, the owners and staff are the sweetest, most friendly people we have ever met. They essentially have a business to run, but you never feel as though that's all they care about. They treated us better than we had ever imagined!! I plan on visiting on a daily basis and I will never buy wine anywhere else!!

My husband and I throughly enjoyed our visit to Morgan Creek Vineyards. Nestled among a beautiful country setting and specializing in Muscadine and Blueberry wines, they have a variety of wines (some award winning), one is sure to please the tastebuds of even the most discriminate wine taster. Our hostess was friendly and very knowledgeable and made our visit most interesting. We toured the grounds, the bottling and fermenting area, and as a special treat, we were handed small cups to fill and sample blueberries, fresh off the bush. Gift store is awesome, prices on wines and other merchandise are reasonable. It you're in the area and enjoy wine tasting, Morgan Creek Vineyards is a must stop. We'll be making a return visit as soon as we can. Highly recommend!!!

This place place is off the beatin path but well worth the detour. Great wine at a reasonable price. The family that runs this place is very friendly and more then happy to share their knowledge of the wine business. If you have never had muscidine wine you need to stop here.
