Spectacular experience. One in a lifetime flyover of Harding ice field. Pilots were very informative and made experience special. Well worth the cost.

On a recent visit, we charted a one hour float plane flight over the Kenia Mountains. Senic Air had been recommended by a local and it was all better than expected. The booking went smoothly and the pilot, Darlene was outstanding. She exuded great confidence and conveyed her vast knowledge of the Glaciers, mountains lakes, and love of Alaska through the headsets. It was a wonderful experience.

My wife and I had done 3 difference flightseeing trips in Alaska and we agree that our flight with SMA to Harding Icefield tops them all. I am not saying the other 2 rides (one to McKinley and the other one Misty Fjords) were not good (In fact both rides were also awesome), but the views of the Icefield, numerous glaciers and endless mountain ranges are still fresh in my mind almost two months after the flight.It was a clear day (no clouds) and we had a few hours before boarding our Cruise in Seward. Since the weather was so nice we decided to go for a flightseeing ride. I always wanted a dog sled ride in town but due to so-so reviews in this website we had to go for the alternative. We ended up making a great decision to go with the company. The pilot (sorry I forgot his name) was very nice and he kept explaining the geography of the area. He even helped us spotting for black bears! Harding Icefield was totally stunning. It was so vast and beautiful that I can't describe it in words. I just don't think there's better way to see the field other than flying over it. Our short stay in Seward ended up with a high note because of this ride. Thanks SMA!
