gravity brewworks

I love to visit microbreweries or larger ones too but who would have expected to find one in rural Arkansas just south of the Buffalo River. We were out riding around the Ozark National Forest just north of Mountain View, AR headed up toward the Buffalo when I saw the sign for the Gravity BrewWorks. My wife and daughter didn't see the building and gave me a hard time. We turned around and went back and to our surprise found a oasis in the middle of nowhere. They only had two of their beers on tap that day and they were both very good. One was a dark beer, Blacker Shade of Ale and the other Kolsch from the Cold,, a German style pilsner, both quite good.You can get a standard growler or a quart for a reasonable price. I will most definitely be going back and I hope they are successful and can do well. If your in the Buffalo National Scenic Waterway area it is a must do stop.
