It covers the history of NW Arkansas. They have speakers available to talk to local groups that are very good.
Neat little museum chronicalling the history of the area. Free admission. I love old photographs and this museum had some interesting ones to browse about the apple and timber industry that used to thrive here (but have since moved on). Also fun exhibit about the hillbilly culture as well a more serious exhibit on how the civil war played out in the region. Only request is that they go back and make sure all the photos have dates so you can link the period with the picture.
