this fitness center is beautiful, quiet and relaxing. its clean, well maintained, and very well serviced.

Their salon at Atlantis is perfection ! They do a great job dying hair, very detailed and takes their time with it. Also threading eye brows was a complete success, definitely going back there!!!!

Groupon spa pedi and mani was awful! The results were poor, the service was poor and the atmosphere was poor. It is right by the gym lobby with no privacy. Door was open and all of the conversations occurring in the lobby could be heard. Never received a massage or lotion during the pedicure, and no scrubbing to rid feet of dead skin. Mani was horrible. Cut my cuticles poorly and paint job awful. Stay clear! Paid 35$. For a spas mani/ pedi. Was told this is 55% off. I was ripped off paying the $35! Obviously not looking to increase clientele.

I treated my girl friend to a day at the Atlantis spa. She said that she enjoyed it and wants to go back.

Reaching someone directly to schedule an appointment is painful - voice mail tag and then some. I purchased some Groupons two years ago and after finally being able to speak directly with someone to make appointments, they bounced me at the last minute and I had to start back at the beginning. This time around, again after endless phone tag, I find out that although I again purchased multiple Groupons, for my mother and I to have a spa day together, they will not schedule our appointments at or around the same time. Even though there are two people, only one Groupon can be used at a time. This makes no sense, was definitely not my interpretation of the fine print and clearly says Atlantis Spa is not interested in building a client base through initial Groupon discounts. So now I will work with Groupon to get my money back or a Groupon credit. I will never venture need Atlantis Spa's 'deals' again - they are no bargain!

I had a pedicure there last year. Very bad idea to save some money and expect a good service. The girl that did my nails cut my skin on both feet. It was bleeding and painful and when I told her about it she said no there is no cut. I made her put alcohol on it. It was painfull for over a month. Never coming back there at least for a pedicure. That girl was unexpirienced and if did not have a groupon I would never pay $80 for this kind of service.

Thank you to my family for a great day at the spa. The staff was awesome and informative they even gave me a spa gift .The Aveda concept spa is the way to go the product is amazing. I will definitely be back

Treatment was mediocre and to too it off my diamond necklace was lost there. No one helped look and I'm sure someone is there with my necklace. It was left on table with my clothes. Where could it go??

I do not recommend this spa. If you have a Groupon with them, I was told they specifically do not call those customers only for their reminder about the upcoming appointment, essentially hoping then they miss it. Also when you schedule the appointment, they will not schedule it without having the groupon #, so if you miss it, they redeem it and it cannot be re-booked, and they walk with the money. I find this so so slimy and they totally know what they are doing/ hoping that this happens.

I found this lovely spa through a groupon and will now be making it my home base for facials and Mani / Pedis. I am a lifelong Aveda girl and generally choose their salons and spas for services and this one exceeded my expectations. The facial was one of the best I have ever had and included a great scalp massage and a thorough extraction. The staff is friendly and professional and the location, although situated in a sportsclub/hotel, was very clean and inviting. Whether a local or travelling, do yourself a favor and treat yourself to a spa afternoon!

I had a very enjoyable 2 and 1/2 hour experience at The Spa at Atlantis today! Kudip, the salon manager, was pleasant, professional & skilled at providing me with a mani-pedi. She also added extra touches to the amazing facial to include a hot stone massage. The Spa was spotlessly clean & renovated from a couple of years ago. I would highly recommend this spa & thank my children for this Groupon Mother's Day gift!Din

I love this club for one thing. The exceptional yoga classes lead by Mary Hargreaves. I have tried very little else, but my resolution is to try more...especially the water classes. During a home renovation, I had to rely on the showers at this gym. Unfortunately, I developed a toe fungus. Now I am dealing with that and will never shower there again !!! They boasted many renovations, but I see little that is an improvement. The lady`s locker room is treacherous after any of the water classes as the floor is so wet that it is slippery. This club is convenient for me right now, but I will be looking into another for all of these reasons.

I joined the gym because I thought I would use the pool after working out. The pool is large, well kept and rarely crowded but the gym is pretty poor. The equipment is limited and not very clean and the rooms are dark and depressing; not conducive to staying any longer than necessary. I never tried any spa services so I cannot comment on them but overall not a good place to work out.
