You know, we loved this place when it opened. We went during February vacation and it was not busy at all. The market is saturated now with other jump parks around. However, we walked in and did not have to wait or make reservations. Their loss is our gain! We have been to this location twice before. It was clean, but it was FREEZING. Every single parent waiting for their kids had on full coats, hats and gloves. What the heck? The kids loved it but the kids didn't get a chance to use the dodgeball because they were told the older kids were using it. The staff should have opened up the other dodgeball. Suggestion for Sky Zone to observe and anticipate customer needs and then surpass them. You just don't want disappointed kids because they'll tell two friends..... If you have the chance to go you should but you may have to advocate for your kids to use the whole place.
The kids we took ages 8 to 11 loved it. Lots of fun and they get a lot of exercise. The personnel there were very nice and helpful. We would definitely go back.
We called for a walk in and gay because the never said its mega jump or anything about it on the phone so we go and they say nope your not 15 its mega jump for 3 whole hours uh upsetting
My son and daughter in law set up a birthday gig for my 7 year old grandson at Sky Zone. I had no idea what to expect and I was a guest at this party. Well, it was well managed with safety at the fore front. Each group was given an orientation, and the stations had monitors to keep an eye on the kiddies. Staff was great, the birthday room for the guests had plenty of room and again was monitored by the staff. The local pizza joint that was used was very tasty and every piece was gobbled up. The management and staff really know their business. I would give it 5 stars but the only issue is that it is a bit of a trip to get too from the Boston area. Still a great place for kids and their friends and families.
I visited skyzone Deerpark, Ny, with 8 children. CHECKIN WENT SMOOTHLY.... BEING THAT I HAD SO MANY children that were eating pizza I had to moved tables together to ensure that they had full enjoyable experience, Eating, jumping and socializing, as children do. After moving the tables, a worker came abruptly stating I couldnt move the tables. I stated that I observed other tables joined together inthe same manner. The worker said my manager is talking to those people now .. you can't move the tables because the floors get scratched. The manager came over stating the same, in addition, he offered that he spent in excess of $15000 getting the floors done and we were scratching the floors not to mention , he felt it wasnt fair to the workers to have to put the tables back.. the worker continued to move the table disregarding My need to have the children seated together.. The manager eventually told the worker to leave the tables, however he scolded the worker and insisted that the tables be made unmoveable on the next day.. The second incident occurred when the workers, cleared all drinks from the table while the adults who were attending to the table stopped to take a picture.. I had to go through at least 3 staff with four attempts before I was directed back to the same manager who again conceded to the replinishment of the drinks, but it again came at a humbling cost to me.. Finally, during a discussion with children I was made aware of the Dodge Ball Game that was separated by Race.. My 12 yr old and her friends were Forced to play a game of DodgeBall .. BLACKS AGAINST WHITES.. THIS CAME At THE INSTRUCTION OF THE SKYZONE STAFF
My son had been looking forward to going to Sky Zone over April break (and for his birthday) for months! He had had a great time jumping at the Sky Zone near Minneapolis and was really excited.Yes, he has cerebral palsy and yes, he can't jump entirely on his own. In MN it wasn't a problem. They only required that one of his parents jump with him. No one else (kid or adult) permitted. That made sense. But not in Everett. Despite my husband's explanations, they would not budge. So our son had to watch from his wheelchair while his two friends got to jump and he just had to sit there. SHAME ON EVERETT SKY ZONE!
I went here with some friends the Leap year of 2012 and we had a great time. The 3D dodge ball was dope and I was tired at the end of the day.Great party spot for kids, awesome time for young adults as well. It's a must do.
Took my girls & nieces to sky zone. They loved it! Next time we visit our family in Massachusetts we will visit again!!
Horrible experience I never come back. Pesimo atencion mucha esperar don't spend your money in there
We had two 12year olds to keep busy. the youngest had been here before & really liked it so off we went. When we drove up it looks like an old wearhouse or factory building. When inside it still is not that inviting. The kids bought special socks with rubber on the soles so they do not slide and fall (2$) & off they went. I must say I still was not sure about this as they can be dangerous. I started to explore & I must say the people are very careful. They only let a low number of children jump at once & make sure they have plenty of room. They all have turns on each kind of jumps & games klike basketball & dodgeball. They Also have a small section so you can watch them on TV & another one for The games , Red socks &such. intended up that the boys loved it & can't wait to return. They also have fitness classes. they are closed on Monday. Tues. thru Thursday 3 pm to 8 pm, Friday 12 noon to 11pm, Sat. 10am - 10 pm, Sun. 12 noon - 8 pm. Prices are from $9 - $20.00 depending how long you play. Call 617.387.1000 for more info. after everything I felt it was a really fun place & great exercise. There is a small snack bar just a few drinks & candy.
We've been to Sky Zone a few times, and my kids love it. It's clean, organized and well supervised. It can be crowded, but they limit admittance, so everyone at has a spot to jump at any given time. There are supervised DodgeBall games, a foam pit to jump in and free-style jumping arenas. It's a great way to burn off some energy and sure beats sitting in front of the TV!
My kids kept nagging me about this place called Sky Zone.....what is skyzone? It's a big warehouse type building with several closed in trampolines that they can play on. They have basketball hoops and a Dodge ball section. My 12 and 14 year old both loved it! For $30 both my kids bounced around for an hour and they were exhausted and happy...therefore, Mom was happy!! Highly reccomended. They also suggest reservations.
Fun for the whole family, and an intense workout!! This is a super fun place, beware of the foam pit... it's fun to jump in but hard to climb back out!! Great place for kids birthday parties.
I took 4 preteen boys to a Sky Zone and they bounced non-stop for 90 minutes for $16 each. The facility was clean, comfortable and very well managed. Lots of people get injured on home trampolines but the Sky Zone staff manages things well. The kids stayed very safe and never even realized they were being managed! I also love the convenience of pre-buying tickets on line.
A group of my friends and I gathered at Sky Zone to play "3D dodgeball." I had never been before so I didn't know what to expect, but I had such a blast! You get to play in what is essentially an entire court made up of trampolines. Quite the workout (I had my heart rate monitor on and burned over 700 calories in an hour). The staff acts as the ref for the games. You have to wear these special shoes they give you. Not a big deal.Make sure to arrive early for the time you want to jump -- there were a lot of kids birthday parties going on and we almost didn't get in for the time we wanted. We bought a groupon for this - but I don't think it's very expensive somewhere around $6-$12 for an hour? Definitely worth it! And you can purchase tickets online.
