What a great Fire Truck They Had in Field. There next event I found is on June 28, 2014 is a craft show it is from 10:00 am to 3:00pm Free ADMISSION

Nice to visit on a Saturday while they are doing restoration on the rail cars and working on odds & ends. Lots of history about the railroad in Fall River back in the day and to see some of the old pictures of the train stations wow. And they talk about the events they put on as well. We take the kids to the Old colony & Fall River Railroad museum near Halloween . They put on a haunted train exhibit that makes for a great side trip when visiting Battleship cove or many of the October haunted factories

The cars were decorated for a scarey Holloween and it was really fun. It helps bring out the kid in all of us!

We were part of a tour which had about an hour and 15 minutes to visit the Old Colony & Fall River Railroad Museum. Being part of a tour does not allow the time to notice and appreciate their fine collection of New Haven railroad memorbilia. It is a big job to create and maintain a railroad museum and the volunteers are to be commended for their hard work and what the have accomplished. Good job folks!

It's small - cute. If you are visiting the Battleship or Marine Museum, stop by ... otherwise .. don't drive out of your way for it. My kids had fun (but it's small).

great museum. has some train cars and some engines. great place to go if you like trains.
