This may seriously be the best taproom I've ever been to! Spacious, well-lit and clean. The staff were friendly and approachable without any of the airiness that one sometimes finds at a brewery. Still they are knowledgeable about beer and the history & mission of the company. It was really nice to be in such a laid-back place.

Great beers! Great tour! Great beer tenders!All ales are very, very good but Beer Advocate rates the Porter at 100 points. It doesn't get any better.Check website or FB for hours of tours and samples. A very friendly place and you can buy great souvenir T-shirts, too.uWe enjoy the seasonal Winter Stout but they are all well-made.We live a mile or so away and visit at least twice a month.

It's a paradise for beer lovers. Me and my husband went there after reading the reviews about it. So glad we did! We tried the Autumn Wheat Ale and Winter Oatmeal Stout. Loved it so much that we left the place with hands full of growlers!

My husband brews his own beer.Has not made a bad one yet. Mayflower is the closest to my husbands beer!Very well made! The IPA was amazing! The PORTER was delicious! Looking forward to trying there THANKSGIVING one!Hazzuh to the brewer!

Located in a rather industrial type strip, this friendly little place feels like a neat little pub. Brief tours are given by the knowledgable staff. AND, you don't even have to take the tour to sample the products. They offer 4 standard beers: Golden Ale, Pale Ale, Porter, and IPA. In addition, they have their seasonal offerings. Their Scotch Ale was deliciously peaty and smokey, slipping down your gullet with ease. Equally inticing was the Porter aged in bourbon barrels. Excellent beers!

Enjoyed some very small tastings earlier today. Apparently a few hours before the tasting hour but the woman running the counter was very off putting to my family as well as another couple. Very tiny foamy tastings but I am sure it would be better to go at the designated tasting time? Would have rated it a five but the experience left a bitter taste...

If you're looking for a solid, delicious beer and awesome staff, then go to their brewery. Really friendly people who make awesome, English style beer. They sell it everywhere in Plymouth. Buy it whenever you see it. Their porter gets a 100 rating.

This is a small brewery but not on the beers brewed. They had at least 10 different beers to try and the girls behind the taps were very friendly. Where they did lack was in the seating, and nothing to nible on while having a brew or two. What would be nice is if they had a discount for the beer on those that bought one of their glasses, thus creating returning customers. All in all a great place to be.

This place is great. The beer is awesome and staff are very friendly. Be sure to note the tasting hours or go on Saturday if you want a tour.

If you are reading this review, I could sum it all up in one line: GO TO MAYFLOWER BREWERY!! Seriously though, my fiance and I spent a week in Plymouth, and this was far and away, the best place we chose to spend time at. We kind of put it off throughout the week, but ended up going on Friday afternoon. The bartenders were super friendly (they had their puppies there too!!), the FREE samples were large (and they gave you as many as you wanted!!), and the beer was delicious! Everything from a summer rye to a porter, with a golden ale, an autumn wheat, and an IPA in between. Everything was brewed with a British style, so a little more bitterness that we were used to, but we definitely found some favorites in the bunch. I could not recommend a better place to go spend an hour (or two) and support a local business, and try some really excellent beer while you're at it!

Don't let the corporate office exterior look of the Mayflower Brewing Company deter you from stopping in and sampling some awesome beer (for free!). Once we resigned ourselves to just parking in a spot designated for a different business and went in, the staff couldn't have been friendlier and we spent a very pleasant hour at the bar. They fill growlers and have six packs available for sale, which I gladly purchased after sampling. I would highly recommend a visit to Mayflower Brewing to anyone.

We went on a Saturday. We were met by the friendliest folks who served us samples of the range of their brews. All of the beers were very good. I was partial to the IPA. It compares very well to some of the West Coast IPAs. We did the tour for the first time and enjoyed it. It is well worth the visit.

Brew is great! Plenty of variation and seasonal brews. I have gone to a few events here - great place for a special gathering.
