This is becoming a weekly trip for my wife and I. A busy market with plenty of options of fresh fruit and veg. Not looking forward to the market ending in the winter months.

My daughter and her family live a few blocks from the Union Square Farmers Market, and I visit as often as possible -- about a dozen times so far.It is a lively market, with a wide variety of vendors, selling everything from fruits and vegetables and fresh meats to baked goods and homemade jams and candies.The whole family enjoys every visit, and there are so many delicious healthy treats that there are no big arguments between parents and children.
