race point beach

我和男友刚刚在truro住了一个周末,去了几处海滩,Race Point是我们最喜欢的一处,特别是这个时间里,天气很好,人又不多。

我们看到了好几头鲸鱼。海滩比较偏远,但很美丽。我们走了很远才到尽头,这时候你能做的就是守在通道旁。要离开时,我们在这儿看到了两头鲸鱼。我的建议是穿沙滩鞋!我们把沙滩鞋留在去停车场的小路上了...真是大错特错啊。沙粒有些粗,我们一路走到顶端,觉得脚丫好像擦伤了。很幸运的是没有擦伤,但最好记得我的建议...还有一定要来这儿!真的很神奇。

我们沿着大海走了三个小时到了灯塔,然后我们有沿着“路”返回。我们遇到了其他三人。这是一种美丽的散步(虽然小腿受罪!) ,这次散步在一个荒废的海滩旁的乡村灯塔旁结束。我相信这个夏天会有所不同,但这是五月阳光明媚的日子里适合呆的一个地方。

宽广的自然的沙滩。在每年的这个时候,你可以在岸上看到鲸鱼。停车场很大。这里很适合散步。这里还有一个培训中心。

在这美好的春季阳光下,我们都喜欢这样宽阔的海滩。如果是在更暖和一些的月份,那在这儿待上一整天实在是很不错的一件事。不过,这两辆露营车是怎么开到这海滩上来的呀。我希望这种风气不会流行,海滩是不能开车上来的!

The beach stretches for miles, there seems to be a section for everyone. You'll find family areas and places that are mostly gay. Find a place that is comfortable and enjoy a day at the beach. Heads up, if you go too far from the main parking area, know that there are no changing or bathrooms facilities.

This is a treasure. This area is kept in its natural state due to The US Park Service. There is no development and you can walk for miles and leave humanity behind. Come here at night and see the stars and all of your problems will be put in perspective. Please respect nature when you come here and stay off the protected areas.

This area is just beautiful. ..I'm just an Oklahoma girl.....I've been blessed to go to Provincetown twice...this beach us spectacular...you do feel like you are walkING on the end of the earth... the sand is soft on your feet... the sea life is looking back at you like we are strange creatures. I hope to visit Cape Cod and all its beauty again in my lifetime. ..

This view of the Atlantic Ocean is at the end of the world. I walked so far away from the main beach area it felt like i could see the curvature of the earth. Made me think out of the universe we only exist a part of time so small that we will not be missed.

Fine white sand and gently-sloped sand dunes make this the place to sunbathe. The waves here are gentler than that of Herring Cove so wading in huge sea is more pleasant. Parking is $15 from mid-June. Stop by the Province Lands Visitor Center for panoramic views of Herring Cove and Race Point beaches.

We pulled in on a rotten day--snow, high winds and freezing temps. Even though we could leave the car because the cold and wiping sand, the views were just spectacular! You should not miss this spot on any visit to Provincetown!

Race Point is a very beautiful beach that is great for spending time with friends, family, or by yourself. It is a great place to visit when in Provincetown and you will not be disappointed, especially if you enjoy beautiful beaches, great scenery, and relaxing.

This is a great beach with golden sands. The facilities are also very good with changing facilities and toilets. There are no shops on site so make sure you have food and everything you need...it is remote! You can see whales breaching from this beach and we also saw some sea lions. Trucks are also allowed on the beach but further up so there is a good gap between them and people who have used the car park. We arrived on a national trust day of some sort so did not have to pay for parking....result!
