adam's ribs edgewater

Every time we get bbq, it's super yummy. Would recommend it! Pork BBQ was great and the carry out staff are always friendly and appreciate your business. They moved the carry out farther down the parking lot, which makes it better for getting in and out fast.

The ribs at Adam's are amazing!! Perfect every time, they are tender, delicious & fall off the bone. The cornbread & sides are good too, especially the mashed potatoes & gravy. The service is so friendly, makes you feel right at home. We lived in Annapolis for 2 yrs & this was probably our favorite place to eat! We took all visiting family & friends here; they all loved it as much as we did. The restaurant has a dining area, a bar area with TVs & have a pick up counter in back for take out orders. The atmosphere here is very comfortable, casual and rustic. We have since moved out of state, but we crave it & always go back when visiting the area. We've been going to Adam's since 2007 & they are still the best ribs we've ever had! I really can't say enough good things!! GO, EAT, ENJOY!!!!!

We had an early dinner while the locals were enjoying happy hour. The food was plentiful and tasted quite good. I thoroughly enjoyed the pulled pork BBQ sandwich and substituted a loaded baked potato in place of fries. My husband also enjoyed his bacon and cheese burger. The waitstaff was very friendly and made us feel welcome even though we did not order alcohol. This is a good place to go in place of the touristy restaurants. You get your fill and your money's worth, as the locals already know.
