If you haven't been here and you are looking for ribs this is a must go. You get a ton of food, great service and the staff is energetic and fun - providing entertainment by line dancing. I find myself craving these ribs and can't eat ribs anywhere else now that I've had these
The restaurant is noisy. Not a place to talk with friends. The food was ok. The service was slow. I will not be returning.
This place other than way too noisy is a great place for dinner IF you call ahead. Otherwise its always a long wait. The steaks are great and its really a fun place.
I've been to several Texas Roadhouse establishments and had very good meals. This one, though, was very disappointing. We had to send a hamburger back twice, because of not getting it right. The wait here is always long and the service is usually slow. It is just not worth our wait at this location.
Good food, nothing earth shattering. My hubby loves the rolls here more than anything. Pretty noisy, prices are a little cheaper if you go early on a weekday. MUST use call-ahead service, otherwise expect a minimum of 45 minute wait. Service is very good. I always order the road kill with a dinner salad- their croutons are pretty good, too!
We have been here several times snd the wait can be absolutely maddening! Calling ahead had us seated within 25 min (granted we called ahead 40 min prior). Dinner crowd is just LOUD! So if that is not your thing stay away. Positive note....food was great. ...rolls are awesome. ...kids very happy and no one had to be told ...sssh we are in a restaurant. Enjoy!
My granddaughter wanted to go to Texas Roadhouse to celebrate her 8th birthday so we did and had nine in our party. It was a Wednesday evening and the place was packed! Typically crowded conditions on a week night indicate to me there is great food! Not the case for us. Everyone said the steaks and ribs were "okay". For me, as a vegetarian, there was one choice- the country sides plate. I ordered the house salad which I thought was barely passable. The corn was canned and very salty. The sweet potato had little taste. The worst was the fresh vegetables- it included undercooked baby carrots and mushy overcooked broccoli. We ordered one dessert for the birthday girl- it was a very heavy, dense brownie with ice cream! One very positive thing was the wait staff and in particular our waitress- Samantha. She went out of her way to provide a positive experience. Despite this, I personally have no intention of eating there again.
Enjoy fillet at the Roadhouse (always flavorful and tender). Peanuts are at every table to munch on while your food is being prepared (love the peanuts). Also they provide delicious rolls. Cons would be very noisy and long wait time to be seated (very busy). Would recommend for a good steak but we do find ourselves going elsewhere for a quieter atmosphere.
From the moment you sit down to enjoy the hot rolls and cinnamon butter the food just keeps getting better. Steaks are tender and done just the way you order them and the service is great.
Reservations not accepted, but "call ahead" is. We stopped there because we had a gift card. Were told it would be a 45-minute wait - so we waited -and waited- and waited - for an hour and a half (while those who had "called ahead" were seated as they came in. Finally, just ordered take-out and went home. Sorry, Texas Roadhouse, not a good way to manage the restaurant. Won't be returning anytime soon
I ordered a 23 ounce Porterhouse with onions and mushrooms cooked medium rare. It didn't work out. When served it was no more than 15 ounces and medium well and no mushrooms or onions. I sent it back then the waitress brought the onions and mushrooms to the table so they could go cold waiting for my steak. The same steak came back 15 minutes later cooked to a crisp and amazingly enough it hadn't grown to 23 ounces either. By this time my family had finished eating and I wasn't going to wait around to see if they could cook it again and make it medium rare and get it to gain weight. I left hungry. The peanuts were good.
