In summary, poor customer service. This trip was more like a head boat.My wife got me this Living Social deal for two persons. I rushed out of my business lunch meeting to get to the boat on time. Got there at 1:30 for a 2pm departure. Turns out they actually leave at 2:30. First mate got there around 2:05 and stayed in his truck talking to someone until captain got there around 2:30. Both of them walked around really cocky and were not very friendly. One incident he told everyone to sign-in with email addresses and insulted those who put two names on one line.We left the dock late. Had about 12 fisherman and seating for about 4 people on two benches. There was a stack of chairs on the other boat that we didn't take with us.Trolled around for about 4 hours until about 15 minutes before finish time with three small blues in the cooler. Many folks were sitting on the deck since we didn't have any chairs.I've been on lots of charter boats and this one felt like they didn't really care about who was on board. I would steer clear of this company. Somebody should tell them that it is all about the experience and not just about catching fish. Oh, and did I tell you that we didn't catch any fish? Terrible experience.
