Its a toll booth, where one will stick a tin cup on a stick out the window for you to drop in your coins...then you cross a bridge, not fit to be crossed, made of old railroad parts, with abandoned bridge parts off to the side...you do it to say you did it....and, in some cases, it will save time traveling
