Nice little Grist Mill museum, and exhibit featuring many stuffed animals, skulls, furs, etc. and a few live animals. The nature enter has a small area for kids that we did not spend time in. We walked through the museum featuring turn of the century farming equipment, but did not wait for the staff to give us a detailed descriptive walkthrough as my daughter was more interested in hiking the trails. It is adjacent to Deer Creek, which is very shallow and calm, and has easy access points for canoes and kayaks. I did not see any canoe/kayak rental available, you have to bring your own. We hiked a few of the trails, many loopbacks are available so you can hike anywhere between 0.5 miles to up to 5 miles. The trails are not very well maintained but are clear enough, and the unkempt nature added an "adventure" element for my daughter. We visited Eden Mill Nature Center and spent over an hour there before venturing onto Kilgore Falls in Rocks State Park. I definitely recommend sweating on the trails here before driving to Kilgore Falls which is only 10 min away (10 min due to small bendy roads through farm country, not distance). The water at the Falls is cold (but refreshing)! A major drawback is the lack of a toilet. It had a porta-potty which stunk so bad that none of us went. There are a couple of toilets, but the keys to those are available only when you rent one of the picnic pavilions there. All in all I would definitely visit if I were in the area.
