blue ocean music hall

I've been here 4 times this year. It's great room for music but they cram too many chairs at each table and too many tables on the floor. The food is only so-so but it's not a place you go for the food. One whole wall is glass proving a great view of the ocean!

Great location. Right on the beach. Actually feel like your on a cruise ship as the waves come up right under the building when looking out the windows. Not a bad seat in the house. Great drink service. Very comfortable and good sound.

Acoustics ambiance unsurpassed, intimate setting, up close and personal- not a bad seat in the house. Wait staff absolutely fabulous. Good food, good drinks. Kenny G and his band played to the audience, personable and inspirational got everyone moving, from the drummers to the piano and guitar player this was the best concert ever, felt from the heart to the toes. What a deal, worth way more than the ticket charge, definitely a night to remember. Counting the days to Kenny G. and his band returns to the Blue Ocean.

FIRST OF ALL: This business is in MASSACHUSETTS, not Maryland.Now that we have THAT taken care of! I've been here on numerous occasions to see one of my favorite comedians and each time it has been awesome. You cannot beat the location and the setup of the venue with the all-glass back overlooking the ocean. The venue has a full stage, sound setup, and 2 bars within.I say it's great for weddings because we just had ours there. Remember above about the all-glass back? PERFECT for an evening wedding. How about that stage? Yes, pop your band or DJ up there and let them plug right into the concert halls equipment. The venue has it's own "team" of event coordinators, one of which is their wedding coordinator, and they do a great job. It's a nice venue as it is, but when they transform it for a wedding, it's completely different and looks amazing inside (we got to see a couple of other people's wedding set-ups prior to ours). If you're going to have a beach theme/style wedding, or just want a wedding on the water without the uncertainty of an outdoor event, look no further. The food comes from Seaglass next door and is AMAZING (we eat there often). Overall, I think the venue pricing is competitive with other venues around, but a way better deal.
