We've been to the belcamp location with our son before and he always loves it. We had his 3rd birthday party here today and all the kids had a blast and didn't want to leave even though you could see they were tired. The staff took care of everything. They are so friendly and everything is do clean. Tons to do for Preschoolers especially. We have even done parents night out here and couldn't be happier. Excellent place and we'll worth the price. Best birthday party! !!

Quite dirty upon arrival. There are three play areas, but all three were packed to the point where no one could really play safely. My daughter is two and there wasn't enough spaces for her to play without 7 or 8 year olds running, pushing, and screaming past her. There is one jumper labeled for 4 and under, but much bigger kids were in it and no one from the staff said a thing. Free play is $12. The worse thing is the next day my eye began to water and feel crusty along with my daughter's. Not say it is their fault, but my doctor said he is 95% sure it came from a germ breeding place like that. We both have pink eye now!

My kids ages 3 and 6 LOVE it here !!! So much to do - we can spend an entire day here and never be bored ! Great for exercizing the creative half of the brain !!

It's so convenient and nice to have so many different fun experiences under one roof! My children, 5 and 8, love this place. My 8 year old enjoys the large playground area, bouncy area, and Wii's, while my 5 year old never wants to leave the sand room or train table in the front kids town area. They have an onsite eatery with the standard kid friendly offerings. We recently had a party for my 5 year old. The Batman theme we added on was a huge hit with the little ones and everyone had such a fun time that some of my guests booked parties as well. The one downside is the inevitable pleading for extra minutes when it's time to leave.

The WORST customer service I have ever experienced. We scheduled a birthday party here and had to cancel it 2 weeks prior because only 2 children could come. We were told on the phone that our $100 deposit would go towards a credit that we could use there any time to play or for food. When we showed up with the couple kids who could still come to use our credit, we were treated TERRIBLY!! The awful manager there (Nicole) basically told us we were lying and we were never told that because its not their policy, however it was EXACTLY what we were told. Instead of just honoring what we were told which would have been easy to do, she was SO rude, my poor child was crying because he thought we were there to play and she wouldn't let us. My understanding was that we could come at the same time our party was scheduled for which was 10,(which I guess was my misunderstanding) but she wouldn't let us play until 11 and gave us absolute HELL about the credit we were told we would have. To make matters worse, she told the kids at one point that they could go play while we sorted it out, then 3 minutes later she kicked them all out! Completely ruined my son's birthday. We will certainly NOT be returning to support such RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL management.

I love this place! Both of the locations, Belcamp and Timonium, are amazing! We live closer to Belcamp, and I'm so happy they opened closer to home. There is so much for the kids to enjoy. No limits on how long we stay. When the kids get sick of bouncing, there's still so many other creative things to entertain them! I like that they take care of giving out the favor bags at the front desk at the end of the parties. This way no little toys or candies get dropped or lost in the play areas for my little ones to choke on. Also because of this, I feel like my money spent on favor bags doesn't go to waste with the kids losing the things I bought them before they even get home. I like that they help me get my kids my gifts to my car at the end of the party instead of opening them during the party. This left much more play time for the kids instead of everyone just watching gifts get opened. The coupons on the website really saved me a lot of money! The place is very clean and organized. We would recommend a party here to any friend looking for a great day! Our party was at the belcamp location. I heard that there will be new pricing for bday parties going into effect soon and I'm so excited to book our next party there!

We've taken our daughter here several times and she loves it. There is a section for role play, outdoor style playground and bounce type area as well. It's all contained and fairly easy to manage as your child races from one section to the other.

They will charge the same amount for a one year old as a six year old. Their comeback to it was you will be surprised at what we offer for that age range. They say most of their occupants are one to two yet I saw roughly ten to fifteen kids in there and none of them were one. No staff supervision and yet they make you fill out a waiver for insurance purposes and don't verify the information. Absolutely pathetic.

We have been multiple times to the Timonium location and also now to the new belcamp location. I just read the reviews left by other people and I am shocked that there were any people with complaints. The kiddie city is adorable! The kids get to dress up and use their imaginations to be creative in those roles. The play equipment is awesome and I love that with an indoor playground there is no dirt or grass stains to scrub out! The inflatables are always guaranteed fun too! Someone complained about having to fill out a waiver. . The waiver information is required in order for the business to comply with county and insurance policies. I don't see why anyone would have a problem filling in your name, address, phone number, kids names and bdays, and signing. It's pretty basic information. It's not like they're asking you a quiz on American history.. some people really just need something to complain about. I feel like the staff is extremely attentive and in the event of an injury are very caring and professional. I love that the owners get right in there and work right along side the employees. This is a small business that I'm proud to support. It took some amazing creativity and talent to dream this place up and build it out and the owners did all of that work and have great pride in ownership that shows in the way the business is ran. I love the camps and activities that are offered as well. As far as pricing goes, you're paying just about the same amount you'd pay at a bouncy house facility but you get way more things for the kids to enjoy and you are not limited on how long you can stay to play. You go and pay one fee and can stay from open til close! Other places, you only get an hour and a half of play time. . And by the end of that it's time to go anyway because my kids get bored of just bouncing. Kiddie crusoe offers such a variety of fun things to entertain my kids minds and energy levels and we love it there!

We were there recently for a 2 year old birthday party. I must admit that the indoor playground was very large and the slides were high which adds great fun for older toddlers. The place was clean and the toys were in good condition. The wasn't much supervision from the staff members and its clear that smaller children can be injured easily by the older kids. If the cost was down a bit I would probably give a higher rating. Gets pricey if you want to go multiple times a week.

They require you to provide your address and phone number on the waiver form, no matter what. Our phone number is unlisted. Supposedly insurance requires it, and supposedly the information won't be used, but there was no privacy statement on the form. Refused to let us in unless it was filled out, yet they didn't bother checking identification to very any of the info. What a load of BS.

Small "play cafés" have been popping up all over in my native Ohio, but they have nothing on Kiddie Crusoe. They have 3 large sections, a wood playground section, inflatables (bounce houses), and a little town. My kids, and their cousins, spent time in all the sections, and lived them all.I've not eaten there nor had a party there, but for a good place to play on a bad weather day, it's great.I think it's supposed to be for up to age 12, but probably best for up to the 8-10 year old range.

My family has utilized Kiddie Crusoe many times and the kids have a ball; however, our two 14 year old grandsons have definitely outgrown the place and no longer want to go there with us. The rest of our grandkids are 10 or younger and they still love the place.Kiddie Crusoe has a wide variety of venues for the kids from kid sized school rooms & fire departments to the always popular moon-bounce and obstacle course and everything in between. Our younger grandkids really do love the place and look forward to going there.Party rooms and parties are available and food and drink are available for purchase. You pay one price for each kid, adults are free, and you can stay as long as you want. They could use a few larger chairs around the place for some of us older grandparents to sit in, but that's about my only complaint. If you have children or grandchildren, say 11 and under, I think the kids will really enjoy Kiddie Crusoe and you'll enjoy watching the kids have fun.

My 3 year old grandson loved the place and so did Pop pop and Nana. He made friends, watched other kids in the bouncy houses until he realized he wanted to try it too. He moved from house to house with and without the balls at the bottom, back out to the see saw and then to the dress up areas. It's a great place but you are still responsibile for the actions of your child. Yes, they have staff to help out and correct the behavior of the children, but it's still your child and you need to be cognizent of their actions.

I have 3 children ages 6, 5 and 3. All my kids love going to Kiddie Crusoe!! There is something for everyone. Great inflatables, Imagination Town (as I call it) has so much to do, and the indoor playground is just awesome! My 6 year old had his birthday party here and the 5 year old is begging to have her's at Kiddie Crusoe too. Staff is helpful, nice to be able to buy lunch before we leave, and everything is very clean. The only bad thing is that my kids and I want to buy everything in the store!!! :)
