lol, this was real fun, but it was pretty full you tend to follow the other people you see because it makes you pretty anxious in here.. My kids loved it...
Just way too pricey for a small mirror maze, it was not a challenge at all even with the glasses they give you to make it harder. Fun for the five minutes it took and not worth the price.
I usually like the mirror mazes at carnivals, fairs, etc. But I did not like this.. Its dark, the only lights are LED's on the floor.. The walls spin. It is so disorienting. I took my 4 year old brother in, and he was sobbing to get out after the first minute because he was so scared. We ended up taking an emergency exit.
I personally didn't not go in but the rest of the family did. They had so much fun they went in more than once. Each time you go in the maze is different. Once you purchase a ticket you are given a pass for all day so go early if you can.
It was summer, but I suddenly felt cold. My heart raced and I tried to slow my breathing. She was back. This weird lady who keeps following me around, copying everything I do - right down to my outfit. I finally see a way out and I charge,my hair is flowing and my legs are pumping, sweet freedom is only a few steps away. She starts running right at me - who does that?! We crash, like beasts on the sahara. I had fun in the mirror maze, but do not enjoy copycats chasing me.
Not a complicated attraction but it never gets old. Reasonably priced & fun for all ages. Just keep your hands out in front of you!
If you are into mirror mazes, then you should go to this attraction. But be forewarned, it's expensive and not extensive. Constructed very well, I found myself confused and lost a few times, but not enough. It just wasn't big enough...Got some cash to blow, go for it. Otherwise, not worth the value unless you're into it. Got kids? They'll have fun...
The title says it all. Took my niece and her friend and they were in and out in less than five minutes. But they are 11 and enjoyed it. Everything on this boardwalk is expensive!
On a whim during a rainy day at the beach we headed down to the very end of the boardwalk to check out museum and maze. After going through the Ripley's museum with my 9 year old son (who liked the museum more than I did) we walked a couple buildings down to the mirror maze. What a great time. We put on the 3 D glasses, went through the entrance, and started laughing from beginning to end. I had no idea where I was and just followed my son in circles and through doors. We did the maze at least 3 times, once from exit to entrance. Doesn't take a very long time, so don't expect to spend the day there. It is just one to two hour event.
I bought the combo deal at Ripley's. My kids had a great time. They can go through as many times as they like. They tried both ways with he 3D glasses and without. The glasses are very cool and make the trip through the maze challenging. Very fun for kids!
Okay, so I guess this is more for younger kids but I thought it'd be something different to do with my boyfriend (we're both 28) and my brother, who's 15. First, I thought the kid on the register said admission was $5 which I thought was a good price. Then I realized he said NINE-something per person. So whatever, we all paid and went on in. We were the only ones inside and we all had a good laugh trying to navigate our way through the maze. The biggest downfall: it only took about 5 minutes. So, $10 for 5 minutes? Not really worth it (for adults anyway).
My daughter loved this and the adjacent laser challenge. The girl at the front desk was so nice and accomodating to our group of 4 children. They do have a military discount but it is a bit pricey- mirror maze go early because you pay once for all day!
It's fun sober, but try it after a few drinks. I haven't laughed so hard in a long time. Just watch out you don't move too fast and run into a mirror. lol
I expected it to be more than a simple mirror maze... it took us maybe 3 minutes to make our way through it, but I imagine it's great to take your kids through!
Nothing special. I was expecting to see something different than average mirror room... You're simply making circles and that's it.
