不清楚是什么教的庙,但很漂亮,很有特色,但周边不能停车,也没有别的景点,但旁边有一家披萨店很不错,只有99卢币就可以,味道十分正宗,超赞~\(≧▽≦)/~

In such a place near Africa you see a Hindi temple, you cannot help not to take a picture immediately. Also it is a landmark building of Victoria.

Regardless of how many picures you might have seen of this beautiful temple, when you turn the corner and see it for the firt time with your own eyes, it completely takes your breath away. The incredible colours, the intricate carving of countless exotic foreign deities, it all adds up to an unforgettable vision of traditions that couldn't seem more removed from our own.The people of the Seychelles celebrate the fact that they are a nation forged by migrations from 3 regions, Europe, Africa and India. I enclose with this review a monument in Victoria with these three places of origin are represented by three interwoven scultures rising up together. The identity of the Seychelles being a nation of triple-origins is beatifully illustrated on behalf of one of these groups with the Temple, which forms the epicentre of Indian cultural life here.Just a few minutes walk is the Catholic Cathederal, both places of worship at complete ease with one another, and a inspiration to the world.

Open for visitors at 10 am and 5 pm!2015. januaryAt the first sight it is smaller than it looks on pictures, but full of ornaments. Take your time and contemplate. :)

Hindu temple is dedicated to Ganesh the elephant god. It is the main place of worship for the hindu community on the island. It is a must see building in Victoria.

The hind temple is smack in the middle of the town. Next to the parking lot. Built in the south indian style.

Amidst regular town set up, this temple is something that will force you to take a glance into it. The most colorful temple i have ever come across. Architecture primarily South Indian. A serene place. There was a priest as well doing his aarti. The iconic fragrance of the South Indian temple was prevalent. Do visit the place, it doesnt take much time as it is located in one of the areas scheduled for sight seeing.

I think I speak for many with the colourful reference, but I have never been inside ;-).It has wonderful colours, even though I do not believe in this faith and its doctrines. It truly shows that Hinduism holds relevance in the Seychelles' culture and history.

our Cabbie pointed the place out and we went in to see, very cool place in the heart of the city across the street from the market. Recommended for a quick look

Its a nice hindu temple reflects the architectural aspects of typical south Indian temple...The temple is offering free food for the devotees in the evening time.

Nice indu temple out of context. Coming from south India it was like to find in Victoria, a link with the rest of our travel.

Both my husband and I passed by this Temple and was captured by the grand exterior of the temple. it was a pity that both my husband and I couldn't stop to have a better look at this temple.

I went there with some friends, my husband and our son to visit it and to praise and worship. The temple is absolutely beautiful and is an era of peace and faith. What I especially loved was the healing music performed by traditional musicians with traditional music instruments used in Tamil temples of Tamil Nadu. So many devotees from Chennai were in the temple performing healing yoga sessions with the sound of that powerful music and it was really impressive!

As with many Tamil temples, the priests and staff were more than welcoming. Although I was not properly attired with my shoulders covered, they insisted I come in and share the blessed atmosphere. As always there were brightly coloured decorations, children joyfully taking part in honouring the deities and the general feeling symbolic of Ganesha himself the main deity; childlike, welcoming, radiantly happy, obstacles being removed and new beginnings in the air. Durga, Shiva, Murugan and the Nine planets were all represented with special shrines, and as it was Friday, garlands of local limes were threaded to honour Durga and flowers bedecked Shukra. I spent a few minutes just peacefully feeling the atmosphere with my eyes closed, glad of these people, this tradition and their open, loving hearts.
